I think Tim Miller is right... someday someone will stumble upon some bones. I remember a case in Mass. Molly Bish, they searched the area she had disappeared from, and awhile down the road I believe it was a hunter that stumbled upon some bones. That was a heart wrencing case as well. Atleast they found her.

Yes, Casey is the one claiming she was sexually abused by both George and Lee (she claims Lee did it while she was in Junior High School). Considering some of her other claims have been proven to be less than honest, you can believe her or not.

As for George, remember: to this day he has refused to participate in a lie-detector test. That, to me, speaks volumes about his "honesty".

George seems to have come clean with alot of stuff that would incriminate his own daughter. A lie detector couldnt hurt, but I would be more into Cindy on a lie detector.
What would sexual abuse have to do with Casey killing Caylee anyway? There are unfortunately so many people that have been abused that dont kill their own kids. Funny how Casey can bring up a trauma like that, but not the most recent trauma with her kid.
The worst part that irritates me the most. Is when i am watching NG, adn he lawyers go about how they cant prove anything without a body... what a good message. you can kill someone, but make damn sure the body is never found and your good.

I am sure MANY lawyers have told them not to take a lie detector. Not in their best interest.

Wasn't George involved with the police dept? He probably knows that lie detector tests aren't full proof. That's why no court allows them into evidence.

My biggest beef is WHY DIDN"T LEE SUBMIT TO DNA TESTING if he is innocent??? And why is HE protecting Casey so much?? I truly believe he has alot to do with this case.

Oh yea, I do believe that Lee has something to do with it but Im just not sure he is the dad. Remember that someone seen Casey leaving the woods with a well dressed man and she was carring a shovel. Well could that be Lee? I think he does have something to do with Caylee but with all the guys that she has had, Im not sure hes the dad.

You have to look at this on both sides. He should have said yes to the lie dectector to begin with yes, the whole family should have. That should have been their knee jerk reaction..

Everyone BUT Lee and Casey said they would take a lie detector, and then Lee and the lawyers convinced them not to take it.

I'm just saying..we can only tell the same stories so many times before they start to get all mixed up.

The Today show showed clips of jailhouse tapes today. Hopefully any juror would realize that Casey KNOWS any jailhouse conversations between her and anyone else would be taped and she was just playing her act.

But will they put her in the general population? I don't think Casey or celebrities should get treated any differently than any other criminal. Don't do the crime if you are scared of being hurt in jail. Casey makes me sick, she doesn't have a soul.

Agreed. Our vet's husband was high and mad that his father left everything to his cousin instead of to him (his cousin took care of his father-he never did). He went in and not only killed the cousin, but his wife and 4 yr old, too. Wrapped a cord around the child's neck and left him to suffocate. He got life in prison, which was about a year. Another prisoner stabbed him to death-over 40 times-mostly in the neck and face. Other prisoners don't take well to child killers. A "death" sentence usually means getting old and fat in prison.
