One thing I questioned when they said bones. Would a dead body be already all bones in this amount of time if in the water and in a bag? I know there would be decomposition but would it be to the bone stage already.

Probably, with the summer heat in Florida, in the water, and with aligators, bugs, and bacteria. But as I posted before, they are saying there were no bones in the bags.
