It was just on the news again. Cindy yelling at reporters to "get off my property". The "attorney" telling a reporter that since Channel 9 did not respect him, he was not going to say anything. (yeah THAT is going to help find that child) And then Padilla saying MAYBE he was wrong. He no longer thinks he will have answers as to where Caylee is by Friday. Now it seems he thinks that since Casey's car was found next to a dumpster, the child may be in the ......... ( I can't even type the word). Also it seems they are now concerned about Casey's safety as they are getting threats.

I agree. I think they found out for sure sometime between when Cindy first called the police and Casey was arrested. I think they (at least George) always had a stong suspicion and he started to 'help' Casey cover it up before Cindy did. I don't think Cindy was 'in on it' so to speak until after Casey had been in jail for a week or so.

Based on local coverage you could see a change in Cindy. She went from being a desperate grandmother to really angry at the media and police. I think that change happened when she learned the truth.

I totally agree with you. I saw the change in her and was like, HUH??????

First I thought she was in some kind of denial. But soon after, I felt that she knew. I felt George clued her in at some point very soon after the 911 call.

I felt Lee was kept in the dark a bit longer, but that he, too, was clued in. When everyone got together on that kidnapping story, it actually became more obvious that they knew. "We have to go full force on the kidnapping story," George could have said to Cindy and Lee.

I thought Cindy was heard saying, "We don't want to lose another one," and then she caught herself. I could be wrong about that, not sure. I thought I heard that on NG or Greta, again, can't remember where.

I have never seen anything quite like this case. It is one bizarre event after the next. And I think we aint seen nothin' yet.

That poor little angel. :flower2: I hope they find her soon.

I have a sad feeling (and I hate myself for thinking this) that Cindy has already accepted that she will never see her grandbaby again and is doing everything she can to hold on tight to what is here, right now, which is her daughter :guilty: Including lying to cover up for her.

I agree. Cindy is like in survival mode. Survival for that wacky family. Yet, when will she grieve? If she is still on her driveway theater barking at the press, she's not grieving. I don't doubt she loved Caylee, but how do you just turn the Caylee switch off and the Casey switch on? I am baffled.

Just on local news they said the Anthony family strongly disputes the results of the tests :sad2: That's probably why Cindy was cool as a cucumber leaving the lawyers office today.

Then they showed a couple of people arriving at the Anthony house and being hugged by Baez - the reporter said they were searchers for Texas Equusearch! Now we might be getting somewhere (I hope). :thumbsup2

I think Casey is going to have a hard time blaming the "kidnappers" on Caylee's death (if they ever find that poor baby) - I think the Anthony's have been planning a scenario like that, but Casey didn't count on DNA from fluids, air samples, etc. - which leads me to think George (being ex-law enforcement) really didn't help with the car cover up....

Hard for me to say since my kids are still young, but I am thinking that if I had a strong reason to suspect that my daughter had KILLED my granddaughter (and put everyone through all this crap) jail would be the best place for her because she sure wouldn't want to be where I could get to her!

I agree whole heartedly. I have a daughter and grandson about the same age as Caylee. I love my daughter so much. She is my life but If I had any hint of her doing anything to my grandson ....... Hell has no furry like a grandma. That is why I dont understand how Cindy could be so hoodwinked when it comes to Casey. She will believe anything. George too. He said tonight, Yea that could have been something dead in the trunk. Maybee Casey ran over something. NOW COME ON.

I also heard one report say that they got back the dna results but they havnt told anyone yet what they are. Maybee they are waiting to see if Casey saise anything to back it up?

I heard that and was thinking "oh come on now!". Yeah she ran over something and that would make the car smell INSIDE, and that soemthing she ran over ended up in the trunk...how stupid do these people think we are?

This whole thing is SICK! Poor Little Caylee. I doubt anyone will ever truly know what happend that day. Have they given her a lie detector test? Why haven't they? However, I agree that with someone as pathalogical as her she probobly believes her own lies. Cindy is crazy for supporting Casey. NO WAY! NO WAY! NO WAY! Would I EVER EVER Let that girl back in my home! Just awful. I am upset with the bondsman/bounty hunter as well for putting up the moola. Even though he realizes now that he was wrong, he could have just used common sense before and realized...all signs point down a bad road.

OK Orlando residents - another theory on the other board, something else to consider - and it's about Blanchard Park.

In Casey's interview at Universal, she said that she went to Blanchard Park to look for ZG and Caylee after she wasn't at Sawgrass. This was around the day she claims she last saw Caylee. This was also around the time a jogger was murdered jogging by the river at Blanchard Park (Nicole Ganguzza).

What if Nicole happened to see something while jogging (i.e. something happening to Caylee, like her body being placed in the water, or being buried in the woods) and she was killed to keep her quiet?

I think it's a stretch of the imagination, but then you never know in this crazy case. If nothing else, I hope they've really searched that park because it is close to Casey's home and Casey said that she felt that Caylee was close to home....

OH, now LP will probably get sued! Read this sheriff's report from an incident in front of the Anthony home:

On 8/26/08 I responded to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Sector 4 substation, located at 2400 W. 33rd St,
Orange County, Florida in reference to a report of a Simple Battery. Upon my arrival, I spoke with victim Richard
A. Namey and his father, witness Richard E. Namey and they told me the following.
On 8/24/08 at approximately 1230 hours, victim Richard A. Namey was riding on a Uhaul (open air) trailer, directly
in front of 4937 Hopespring Dr, Orange County, Florida. The trailer was being pulled behind another vehicle
(Chevrolet blazer, unknown information) that was being driven by witness Richard E. Namey. Riding on the trailer
with victim Richard A. Namey was his band, named "Biteboy". According to victim Richard A. Namey, they were
performing a song in a "peaceful protest" of Casey Anthony. As the band played their song, suspect Leonard
Padilla approached the truck and trailer on foot.
Suspect Padilla first approached the driver's door and witness Richard E. Namey rolled down the window.
Suspect Padilla looked very angry and demanded witness Richard E. Namey to leave. Suspect Padilla then
placed both of his hands on the door, thus blocking the window from being rolled up by witness Richard E.
Namey. Suspect Padilla then said their presence was "interfering with an active murder investigation". Witness
Richard E. Namey, despite saying to me he was in fear suspect Padilla was going to strike him, laughed at
suspect Padilla's comment and responded by saying, "he had no such authority". At that time, suspect Padilla
told witness Richard E. Namey that he was going to "kick his ***". Witness Richard E. Namey then rolled the
window up and suspect Padilla started to walk towards the trailer and victim Richard A. Namey as the vehicle and
trailer continue to move at a slow speed. Witness Richard E. Namey continued to watch suspect Padilla in the
rear view mirror and saw suspect Padilla make a fist and threaten to hit his son. However, when the swung his
arm, it struck the microphone stand that was in front of victim Richard A. Namey. The microphone stand then fell
over and brushed up against victim Richard E. Namey's right hand.
Victim Richard A. Namey said he was in fear of suspect Padilla when he swung his fist at him. He managed to
duck in order to avoid being struck by suspect Padilla. However, his hand got in the way of the microphone stand
as it fell after being hit by Padilla.
During my investigation, both witness and victim wrote sworn statements. They said the incident had been
videotaped and submitted to youtube.com under "biteboyband". Victim Richard A. Namey did not provide me the
original copy of the video that was submitted to youtube.com. I observed a slight redness to victim Richard A.
Namey's right hand. The specific redness was located on the right index finger, next to the joint between the
finger and thumb. I took photographs of the hand with a digital camera and submitted them for processing.
Incident Report 08-83824 Supplement No ORIG
ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
I was not able to make contact with suspect Leonard Padilla or any other possible witnesses during my
investigation. Prior to leaving them, I provided them with a case card and Victim's Rights Pamphlet. The case
was forwarded to the Persons Unit for follow up
.

Edited to add: isn't it interesting that LP told those guys in this incident on 8/24 that they were "interfering with an active MURDER investigation"

according to local Orlando news, the DNA is in and they are expected to share the results today.

George left the house before dawn this morning and did have at least 1 other person in the car but they aren't sure who.

I have thought that Caylee has been in a landfill for quite a while now and the recent events have made me feel very strongly. Where would LE even start to look if that were the case. ugh.
Have they done any water searches???

Padilla was wrong. I think he came into this thinking he could be the hero. Now it is time for him to save face and revoke his bond or whatever it is he needs to do to remove himself from this situation.

As for the parents...when all is said and done I wonder if there will be enough to have them charged with obstruction.

As for Casey...I wonder if the partial immunity offer on the table will prompt her to come clean...well...I don't think we will ever know the truth but casey does have the chance right now of coming forward and perhaps admitting that Caylee was left in the car & died of neglect. That way there was no intent. Just my thoughts.

Knowing this family, the unknown passenger in George's car this morning was probably Casey and they are getting her out of the country.

Nothing would surprise me anymore.

I take that back...I would be happily surprised if Caylee was alive.

Need some legal specialists' help here:
If the dna test (that Orange County is to provide the results of later today to the state's attorney's office) proves it's Caylee's DNA in the trunk and mom is arrested on murder charges, will they still have to revoke her bail to get her back in jail?? I'm thinking not, since the murder charges are new charges.....
While I have often thought about the landfill (especially after reading the 400+ pages of legal documents) the 2 gas cans that Casey stole from her father still bother me. At first, I wondered if she burned that innocent baby's body, but now I wonder if she stole the gas cans to fill up the car (that already had Caylee's body in it) to drive to another location to bury her???

With the "limited immunity" offer on the table, I doubt we'll ever know the truth of what happened to Caylee -- it just gives Casey too much of an "out" to continue with her lies.

I think you are correct. I am not sure they would revoke her bail for the neglect and fraud charges, but if there are new charges, she could be re-arrested and new bail could be set.

the process to revoke the bond has begun....
http://www.wesh.com/news/17321225/detail.html

Finally, some good news. Thanks for the update.

It still ticks me off the time that was wasted in bailing her out in the first place. Now she is nice and refreshed and can go back to jail to start yet another term, much like the last one. No information on what she did to Caylee. Status quo.

I do not think she will take the plea bargain. I do not think she will confess. Ever. NG thinks Casey will blab to someone eventually. I just don't see that.

So how soon do you think George is going to make plans to end his financial woes by writing a book? Or Cindy and/or Lee for that matter (along with the various Tonys, Ricardo, Amy, etc). We all know this is a movie/book waiting to happen. Caylee gets nothing out of it. I do feel so bad for the hell Casey has put this family through, but they did/and continue to contribute to the road blocks in finding Caylee.

It saddens me so to think of her. That adorable photo of her in the car seat with the doll. I absolutely love the look on her face. What a personality she had! That child loved hats! Now we will never know what she could have been. Could she have risen above her circumstances like so many others have and led a wonderful life? Would she have discovered a cure for something? Like Trenton Duckett, Natalee Holloway, and so many others, we will never know what they would have become "when they grew up." So very sad.

Garrison is involved. The book(s) are probably ready to go to print. Then he can get them on all the talk shows. Cha-ching$$

Wo, Dawn Treader put this link on websleuths:
http://media.myfoxorlando.com/live/mobilecam2.html

refreshes every 10 seconds.
and so, the driveway theater continues....

Thanks for the link -- although, sadly, I'm already overly-obsessed with the coverage on this case.

Curious to see Padilla's RV still parked there. You'd think, since he's working to revoke Casey's bond, that the Anthony's would ask him to move his vehicle from their curb.
