Please Look at This Picture - Has Anyone Seen This Missing Baby? UPDATES THROUGHOUT

There was a post a while back that mentioned the airport.

Even if they were at the airport and the baby was sold, she sure couldn't fly away with someone. Isn't there security and they would need birth certificates and proof of parenthood right? If she did sell her and all the paperwork matched then that would mean it was something that was pre-arranged for some time before the transfer occured.

I still think that the poor little thing is dead. I didn't know the car seat wasn't found in the car...maybe that is what was burned.

To fly internationally they check but I fly with my kids all the time (and so does my mom) and all they don't require any kind of ID or proof or parenthood . They look at the boarding pass, ask DS his name and we move on. They don't even question anything about the baby. In fact last time I flew out of MCO we were going to Portland Oregon and then Vancouver BC so I had the kids passport. The Orlando TSA agent didn't even look at the kids passports and handed them back to me w/out opening them.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that was thinking this.:sad2:
It certainly is one strange family.

Ward i am glad both you and Sha-Lyn are having the same thoughts it was not just me. When people say this is outrageous ......well lets look at the outrageousness of this whole thing. Incest is not out of the question considering the rest of the junk that is going on in this case.

Now we're thinking incest? C'mon, that's a stretch. Many people name their children after family memebers.

I would say that nothing in this case is a stretch! Even the baby killer who drowned her kids in the care at least tried to fake concern ....this broad is out there dancing and feeling up someone not long after the child was reported missing. THis reminds me of the OJ case. The outrageous becomes acceptable....I mean he is still walking around while Nicole and Ron are pushing up daisies.

Well that is NOT a comforting thought. I was always under the impression that it would be so hard to kidnap a child and fly off with them!

Sounds like I had more questions coming back from Canada with my 15 year old.

I think this bail bondsman spokesperson and his 'nephew' are worth zero credibility. I think they are both out for all the free publicity they can get.

I will be waiting with baited breath to see whether mom, Casey, really accepts the conditions set forth by the bondsman or whether mom elects to remain in jail (the bail bondsman makes it seem as thought they will both be the same).

Additionally, I wonder if mom has been allowed to watch the coverage on herself the entire time. Including the bondsman stuff. IMHO, a pathological liar can outwit a bail bondman, hands down.

I like everyone else have followed this story since day 1---I have read a lot of articles and seen all the pictures, heck Saturday I sat and watched the videos of the bond hearing

And while I think the mom is in it up to her ears something just isn't right.

Now having had 4 kids of my own I can say they were chatterboxes at Caylees age...Add to that Caylee lived with Gmom.

In the bond hearing testimony Cindy said that Caylee was being babysat by "Zanie" and had been for over a year.

I know from my interactions with my kids that Cindy had to have had conversations with Caylee about "Zanie"......"Did you have fun at Zanies"--"Did you go potty at Zanies"--"What did you have for lunch at Zanies" etc etc etc

You have to assume that Caylee gave her an answer and not some blank stare because Cindy would have gotten suspicious long before the day she called the cops

Plus Zanie is a kids word--she called George JOJO and Cindy CC so why not Zanieda ZANEE

I know so much of this case doesn't make sense but this sticks out a little bit more than the rest does for me

I havent been following this as closely as you all have, but I wonder about something in regards to this post.

If the mom was selling her daughter, and planning it for a while (or, God forbid, planning anything else!) She could be taking her to ANYONE to babysit, and simply tell the child to call her Zanie. Crazy people are not usually stupid people. That is the scary thing.

I too have flown with my children and have never had to produce a birth cert. or any other type of information other than a ticket.

Has anyone heard if she's out of jail yet or not??

Some kind of paperwork errors. Hopefully, the paperwork will take so long today that she will just stay put until tomorrow-her arraignment.
That way, there is a guarantee that she will show up for it. Although in FL, it is not required for her to be present at the arraignment, it might be helpful if she was already in custody when additional charges are announced.

Wednesday Afternoon Finds Casey Anthony Still In Jail

POSTED: 5:00 pm EDT August 19, 2008
UPDATED: 11:18 am EDT August 20, 2008

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony remained in jail, Wednesday afternoon, despite promises from a celebrity bounty hunter that he would free the young mother. Leonard Padilla arrived in Orlando with promises of freeing Casey by Monday.

BOUNTY HUNTER TALKS: Bounty Hunter Convinced He Can Get Casey To Talk
ARCHIVE: Read Previous Reports Related To Anthony Case
MESSAGE BOARD: Talk About Anthony Case, Search For Caylee
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anthony is being held on charges related to the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee. Casey reported Caylee missing in June but Orange County sheriff's deputies have been frustrated by her lack of cooperation in helping find the child.

Channel 9 has learned that Tampa-based Al Estes Bail Bonds is involved in efforts to release Casey from the Orange County jail. Their slogan is "We'll put your feet back on the street."

Casey's freedom from jail rests with a mysterious bail bondsman from California who does not want to show his face.

Sacramento bail bondsman Tony Padilla, whose bounty hunter uncle Leonard has been handling public and media relations related to Casey, told Channel 9 on Tuesday that completing a transfer bond from California to Florida is turning out more complicated than first expected.

Tampa bondsman Al Estes registered with the Orange County jail last Friday, to handle bonds of up to $500,000. The paperwork documents a deal between Estes and the Padillas' Houston Texas-based insurance company. There could be a snag involving Estes' insurance company.

"They need to make sure that the agent here in Florida was not going to be held responsible if something happened to the bond," explained Orlando bail bondsman John Vonachen.

He is disgusted with the way the Padillas are handling the case. "They've taken the focus off of where it should be, and that's on Caylee. They've made a circus out of this," said John.

Channel 9 also learned that the Padillas are trying to get a judge to add a global positioning system (GPS) ankle monitor to the terms of Casey's bond. This is to protect them even more against financial risk. As it is now, Casey would already have to wear an electronic proximity monitor if she is released.

The Anthony family's emotions are running very high. During Monday night's edition of Nancy Grace on CNN, Casey was called a punk. After the program, Casey's mother Cindy Anthony confronted the crew off camera.

We're also hearing that Al Estes could be backing out of the bond deal but we have not been able to confirm that through his company, and he has not returned our calls.

can you put up your house for bond money? I am wondering why the parents never tried to raise the $50,000?

I thought in the beginning they were [trying to raise the $$], but I don't know when that stopped. :confused3

I too have flown with my children and have never had to produce a birth cert. or any other type of information other than a ticket.

No, but they say it's required. I never got one when my kids were born, so for our trip in NOV I had to call and order them.

So maybe it's a hit/miss thing?

When I flew with my DDs they never asked to see anything (didn't even bring one for my over 2 year old) untill they asked my father my youngest DDs birth year, and he messed it up (she was under two, but he said she was over) so that was the only time they asked to see it.

I think you can and I had also heard that the parents were trying to raise the money. I thought they were only going to have ot pay $50,000, but the Fox news article I read said they were putting down the full $500,000.

This incest theory has been going on for a long time by other posters on another crime board I read - especially with the Cindy and George divorce proceedings that were going on when Casey was pg.

Here is another theory there - I posted this link before, but a lot of people think this brother of one of Casey's friends looks an awful lot like Caylee also, especially in the mouth and eyes:

http://i509.photobucket.com/albums/s336/starshineinca/caylee.jpg

I also have read that Jessie G (the one that suddenly moved to Georgia) and his family thought he was the father for the longest time, and his family babysat Caylee for practically the first year of her life, then he found that he wasn't the father - though I haven't read anywhere if he had a DNA test or how he found out 100% that he wasn't. :confused3

Just as the mystery snoop I am, I would love for law enforcement to do a DNA test on ALL the different parties concerned, to know just who her father really was. I think this could be a key in this whole case of secrets after secrets - and there would finally be at least one absolute truth.

After I posted about the "around 6/9/08 -Melbourne FL- Zenaida Gonzales - office break in", and thinking that's possibly where Casey got the ZG name from, I read another post on websleuths where a witness said she was using an ATM and noticed a silver pickup and another car at the gas station next door pulled up nose to nose and saw a baby that looked like Caylee in the car with a middle age lady and the lady was transferring her to some guys in the pickup. Later that gas station was robbed by people using a silver pickup(!), so she mentioned to the police what she had seen, then called Cindy on the Help Find Caylee line to tell her about the possible Caylee sighting, and Cindy seemed to recognize who she was talking about and wanted her not to tell the police but to meet with Lee (?), but the witness was scared to do that, and was afraid that she had said too much to Cindy.

Now that whole thread has been removed from the website (!) Other posters have asked where it went, with no answer from the mods there, so it has just vanished, and I don't know if that was just a crackpot making up a story and the site found it out, or if there was some viable info in there - like maybe the robbery at ZG office and then the gas station were connected, and maybe there's a theft ring that Casey was connected to (or bad people around her were) and maybe the OP really was scared and asked to have it deleted. :confused3

I wonder if Casey "knew too much" about something and someone did something to Caylee to "teach" Casey to keep her mouth shut, or Casey was threatened and gave Caylee to someone to keep her safe, or my original feeling that Caylee had some kind of accident and Casey covered it up, and all the rest of this chaos and lowlife surrounding her is just Casey's normal lifestyle.

JMO - I think Padilla and Larry Garrison (the families new media spokesman) are just fame hounds who want to be on TV.

:surfweb:

can you put up your house for bond money? I am wondering why the parents never tried to raise the $50,000?

This info was from the initial bond hearing, and probably why the parents couldn't raise the $$$:

Drane-Burdick inquired about a defaulted mortgage on the Anthony's Orlando home and other loans on which the family had defaulted. The defense objected, but Judge Strickland permitted the line of questioning stating, "It's painful but relevant."

Makes me wonder what they are doing with all the donations they are getting - using them to help find Caylee, or paying down their defaulted mortgage :guilty:

She is getting out today! :sad2: Fox News just had a video showing her signing the paperwork to have her released.
