Please Look at This Picture - Has Anyone Seen This Missing Baby? UPDATES THROUGHOUT

I have to admit, when I first heard about this case I thought the daughter was a teenager. Then when I paid more attention and heard that the daughter was 2, I totally tuned it all out. I thought, I cannot hear about this or I am going to be afraid to take my daughter out of the house. Now I'm trying to get caught up, but frankly I don't think it's going to have a happy ending.

I don't get that they keep coming up with this "kidnapping" scenario, I haven't heard any evidence that leads me to believe she was kidnapped, from what I have seen everything points to the family, or at least to Casey. They have only searched the car belonging to the family, the family backyard, Casey's room, Caylee's playhouse, the family pool, COME ON, what does that tell you.

I completely agree. I think the "kidnapping" scenario is total trash.

I watched grandpa George on the news today talking about the kidnappers, and how he knew 'who' they were and that 'they' are being watched.

I think the only way 'they' are being watched is if Cindy and George hired private detectives.

However, even the sheriff's department admits that they do not believe that Caylee was kidnapped, and it is pretty obvious that the sheriff's department is focusing their attention elsewhere.

Bottom line - I think Casey came up with this 'kidnapping scenario', and her parents are desperately trying to make her story fit, again.

It really is all quite sad isn't it? It just hurts my heart each day that goes by and they haven't found many more clues, or so they havne't shared if they have. Seems more like the general public has more feelings about poor Caylee then her stupid family does, it just makes me :sad1:

Let me at her stupid mama, I'll beat the truth out of her :scared1:

I have no doubt that you could beat the truth out of mama, given the chance. :thumbsup2

It is very sad - and I agree that each day that goes by, without a resolution, hurts us all more and more.

I have faith that the police know exactly what they are doing.

I think they have not published the DNA data, the phone records, and what the boyfriend has said for a reason.

I think they know exactly what they are doing. I think they are building a solid case against mom.

:thumbsup2

I agree.

This whole thing is playing out like a bad soap opera... you know the kind of soap where the characters do the dumbest things... things that no one in real life actually does? They are constantly obstructing justice and making fools out of the police and getting away with it? Thus, the Anthony family and their crazy kidnapping "they're being watched" story. :crazy2:

I think George decided it was time to suddenly play up the kidnapping story big time so that when they find Caylee's body (based on the new search going on in the heavily wooded area based on Casey's cell phone pings), the Anthony's will say the kidnappers did it, not Casey. :sad2:

One of the neighbors reported that the family was arguing really loud before Casey took off. The neighbor said she could hear Casey screaming at her parents. I bet the grandparents did not mention this....

They did say that they were arguing about Caylee. The grandma was braging that she was the first to hold her after she was born, even her mom didnt hold her. So I think Casey was really jelious that her mom (grandma) was thinking she was closer to Caylee then Casey was. So who knows what she did to her because of that.

You know I was thinking the same thing. Now if they find a body they can say the kidnappers did it because they knew they were being watched.

I also wonder if George has an "in" in the department since he used to be a cop and someone is telling him the information they have (DNA results, etc) so now he is speaking up because he thinks they are getting close to naming his daughter as a murder suspect.

I just do not understand the grandparents. I believe they truly love Caylee and did not have anything to do with her disappearance, but I just don't get how they can continue to encourage the kidnapping theory. I know Casey is their daughter but she is an adult and poor little Caylee is just a baby. She needs someone to be totally on her side. Do the grandparents seriously believe Casey and if they do, how could they? Her father was a police officer for pete's sake. Can't he even for a minute look at this as a police officer and see what everyone else sees? The whole thing is just so bizarre. And sad. So sad. :sad1:

I totally agree with this! They'll say the cops/media caused the kidnappers to get scared! :sad2:

I also think the way Casey is cancelling visits with her parents and brother is a way to manipulate them.

These have already been posted, but looking through them again really makes you think:

my caylee is missing
She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?

so glad you’re home.
i better not see you online.
life is on hold until tomorrow

*Apparently Casey thought she'd be out right away - that's why the laughter going in to court and the tears only when she realized they were keeping her.

*Casey's friend Amy went to Puerto Rico on a trip and Casey used her car while she was gone, then picked her up at the airport when she returned.

A person who I thought was my friend stole money one night while I was sleeping and made up a story about how I got up in my sleep and put money away for the trip I was going on (I got back today, it was a great trip!). I bought that, she’s my friend, but after today I know it was her. I let her use my car while I was gone and my check book was in there. Account cleared out. Hopefully I’ll be able to get that back… but yeah… overall… about a grand. Which isn’t even the worst (for me it is…) apparently her kid has been missing for a month. She claims the nanny stole her and was too afraid to tell her mom. So, as bad as all this is, there is a little girl out there (hopefully) that I’m way worried about.

Missing Florida 3-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony might have died accidentally on or around June 16, according to police.

Orange County detectives told FOX News on Wednesday that they're looking at several theories as to what may have befallen the little girl, among them the accidental death hypothesis.

But they cautioned that they weren't excluding any explanations as to what may have happened to the child, who hasn't been seen in almost two months.

"Right now, we can’t say that’s exactly what happened," Orange County Deputy Sheriff Carlos Padilla told FOX News on Wednesday. "We’re looking at all the possibilities, not just that theory."

Padilla also said that new charges against Caylee's mom, 22-year-old Casey Marie Anthony, were possible, since family members and friends have accused her of theft and credit card fraud.

Reports have surfaced that a friend said Anthony stole $700, and relatives allege she committed credit card fraud in her parents' names.

Additional charges could be filed "should victims of that want to press charges," Padilla told FOX. "I'm not sure they want to. I know that one friend — I don't know if she's decided to press charges or if she's still avoiding ... that."

And detectives were zeroing in on Anthony's cell phone records, particularly during a three-day period when they believe Caylee disappeared.

Orange County police planned a 1 p.m. meeting with reporters Wednesday to clear up confusion in the case, they said.

A day earlier Anthony's brother and Caylee's uncle, Lee Anthony, canceled another jail visit after a judge denied her lawyer's latest request to lower her $500,000 bond.

The family has been calling off planned jail visits with Anthony because the conversations are recorded. Orange County police have in recent weeks released a string of taped talks among family members.

Anthony remains a person of interest in Caylee's disappearance. She has not been named a suspect but has been charged with child neglect and lying to police.

News emerged earlier this week that a team of psychic detectives is now assisting investigators in their search for Caylee.

The results of DNA tests the FBI is conducting on the trunk of Anthony's car, items from her closet and other evidence still have not been released.

Anthony, her family and her lawyer have publicly maintained her innocence. She claims she left her daughter with a baby sitter and hasn't seen her since.

That's the latest on FoxNews - nothing new really

Totally agree with your theory.x.

I keep on thinking this also, that she was so hell bent on jealousy of her own daughter that she done something to Caylee to 'get back' at her mother.x.

I hope if this is true and Caylee is gone (which I feel she is but still want to remain hopeful :sad1: ) I pray it was indeed an accident :sad1: :guilty:
As with too many of these horrible cases - we may never know the truth - I believe her mother does and she will have to live with that.

I doubt it was an accident. Caylee probably cried and cried for her grandparents and her nut case of a mother probably killed her to shut her up. She was taken away from the main people who really were raising her, her grandparents.
