Have you seen the news released today? FBI says she is dead. Since this is what they do for a living, I tend to believe them.

I'm watching NG right now. There seems to be some confusion whether it was DNA evidence of Caylee or just scientific evidence of a dead body. What they "believe" and what they can "confirm" I think are different.

HELLO! Thank you! I have been saying the same thing all along. Accident, my you-know-what! I do think its because people can't wrap their thinking around the truth. The writing is on the wall. It was on purpose and for spite against her mother. She didn't care about that little girl because she is not capable of caring about anyone but herself. Just my opinion.

I think it was probably an accidental death due to Casey's negligence. Not because I do not think she is capable of purposefully killing her daughter, but because that seems like the most likely scenario when you look at her personality.

Ok, I want to know Why the grandma and grandpa are not out looking for the child and instead are at home most of the time defending their daughter. Why are they getting angry at the public for not looking for caylee and why don't they get out of their house and start looking for the girl. Grandpa said they know who has her so why blame the public?? for not looking for her. If they want the public to go look for her than give us the name of the person who has her as granpa claims that they know who took her. That is why there are not that many volunteers searching for her.

secondly, WHY is everyone saying that the mom probably did not harm the child but maybe it was by accident and she freaked. Is it because no one wants to believe that a young woman like her would never harm a child?? She did not want the baby according to officials who said she wanted to give her up for adoption but her mom stopped her. There was no daddy so maybe Caylee was in her way of having fun by going to parties and boyfriends, etc. She was also known to be angry and fought with her mom alot so maybe she did something to spite her and get rid of a child that was coming in her way of having fun. I think maybe she had a party to go or see a boyfriend and since she fought with her mom and the caylee was with her and she had no one to watch her, she may have gotten angry at caylee and maybe caylee started to cry real hard and she might have hit her hard or something.

Grandma wants to support her daughter no matter what just like the petersons wanted to support their son no matter what.

I think they are now going to work on the story that the kidnappers probably killed caylee and she will plead not guilty and will not work because of too much evidence pointing towards her.

ding, ding, ding....we have a winner. next thing you know it won't just be Caylee that was kidnapped but they were holding Casey too and that is why she couldn't talk because she was afraid they would hurt Caylee. And they car jacked her so of course Caylee would be in the trunk because the kidnappers are the ones that abandoned it...and they made Casey steal the gas and the money too.

But I thought I heard the forensic expert say that all hair will eventually decompose after it sheds? Caylee's hair could be in the trunk for a million reasons.

The expert on Nancy Grace said that a hair from a decomposing body has a band at the bottom near the root. Hair that is shed and then starts to decompose does not.

I wonder if people aren't volunteering because they feel that Casey should just be telling where Caylee is? I don't think I could be a volunteer because if I was the one that came across the body I would never be able to get over it.

I agree. I think they need to re-search the Anthony's backyard. The dogs did seem to be interested in it. They need to find out why. Since Casey's car was backed up to the garage and they are certain Caylee's dead body was in the trunk, I think there's a good chance her body is now underneath that slab.

I am in no way defending the grandparents, because they make me just as sick as Casey does, but I highly doubt that Caylee was burried into the patio (did I really just say that ) simply because the grandmother was freeking out on the phone to 911 about how the car smelled like a dead body, etc. Unless they laid the patio AFTER that phone call.... and are/were covering up for Casey.

I'm truely just so drained from of all of this. I don't know why I have been so wrapped up in this whole thing, but its truely taking a toll on me. Its not the fact that this little baby girl has lost her life - I figured that the second I found out about this case, but the fact that the "mother" just won't admit what happened, and she never will. Atleast with the Peterson case they found his wife and baby, and there was closure.... I'm just so sad, and so totally convinced that little Caylees body will never be found, and there will never be any closure for anyone.

I agree, but I'm wondering if Casey knew they were going to put the slab there and under the pretense of "digging up weeds" (I think that's what Cindy said she was using the borrowed shovel for), maybe buried Caylee there because she figured she wouldn't be found after the slab was poured. It's a stretch, I know, but with the fact that she backed up the trunk to the garage (something the neighbor said she never did) and borrowed a shovel makes it a possible scenario. We know Caylee's body was in that trunk.

These parents are completely DELUSIONAL!! They know Caylee is probably dead, look at what they did for a living. If anyone would know how the evidence is stacking up it would be them. I'm trying to search some of those 400 documents to find out what was said way back about the patio again. I know there were some pavers mentioned as installed too.

I also remember at the very first backyard search (when Cindy and George still admitted they believed something had happened to Caylee) there was mention of a "depression" in the ground by the pool that George and Cindy weren't sure of. The cadaver dogs alerted by the playhouse too. I'll try and find the info.

There is no way every place could be searched no matter how long you have to do it. Not only that, be we have animals that consume dead things. Many of them. I've been trying to construct a valid story from all of Casey's stories...and trying to look at it as if well maybe there IS something valid in them. However, I'm bad a weaving tales. Your story above is at least a start. But then of course, my reasonable brain goes & discounts everything with each piece of evidence found.

I of course believe she is dead, but can ANYONE here come up with a "valid" story that doesn't lead to a dead Caylee? I don't think so but I've really been trying.

Just some random thoughts, in no order

Any Orlando residents familiar with the Bella Vida (?BellaVida) resort? Is it really under construction right now?

Remember Casey's new tattoo "Bella Vida" - on the other website they wonder if Casey could be buried there. EZ to do with a construction site, if it really is one.

Also Casey's new Bella Vida tattoo had three yellow flowers - maybe 3 for Caylee as 3 years old? The tattoo artist said Casey didn't mention Caylee once - she just talked about Tony all the time.

And speaking of Tony. What do you want to bet that he is involved in some way in this whole thing? After all, he picked her up at Amscot, and was the first person she was desperate to talk to after she was arrested.

Padilla said in his call that he thought maybe Caylee fell off Tony's balcony, drowned, choked on a candy, etc.

He also said that Casey would not speak with him, but one night he did have a chance. She started on the ZG, and he told her that was garbage and he wouldn't listen to that nonsense. She told him to get out of HER house.

He also says she told lots of people that she was going to get the house, but Cindy and George told him they had no idea what she was talking about. Who knows, maybe she was going to arrange a little accident for them too

I thought it was strange that her car was backed in beside the dumpster at Amscot - if someone runs out of gas do you push your car and back it into a parking space? I hope they really search the area around Amscot, and the landfill where those dumpster contents went

I didn't like the fact that boyfriend Jessie said he shared his bed with Casey and Caylee. I do so hope nothing happened with any of the boyfriends and Caylee KWIM?

So Casey deleted over 200 pictures of Caylee - I wonder if there's something incriminating in them, or if she was just done with Caylee then.

One thing that haunts me all the time is that no one in the family seems to miss Caylee. Casey seems to have just moved on, with no regrets. George was out fertilizing his lawn, but why wasn't he out with Equusearch searching? I just don't get it, and don't understand why it seems like all of us care more for Caylee than they seem to.

The second thing that haunts me is that Casey kept saying that she thought Caylee was "close" - just what did she mean by that? Is she at home under the patio after all?
