We are new to the dining plan and have our TS meals all planned out, but aren't quite sure how to use the CS options (will be for breakfast or lunch).

We are staying at the Poly, and will be in the 4 theme parks and one afternoon in blizzard beach...and we're leaving Thursday am!!! :goodvibes

Please tell me about your good experiences in these areas.

TIA :sunny:

We like -
Cosmic Rays and Casey's at MK
ABC Commissary at DS

There are others that we like but nothing that stands out.

Magic Kingdom - Second vote for Cosmic Ray's, Peco's Bills

Animal Kingdom - Tucker House, forget the name but the BBQ restaurant Flame something

Epcot - Fish and Chips place, the food court at the Land pavilion

MGM - nothing spectacular

MK: Pecos Bill's and Cosmic Rays
AK: Flame Tree Bar B Q
Epcot: Tangeriene Cafe (Morroco) and La Kringla Bakery (Norway)
MGM: YUCK!

MK: Cosmic Ray's, CHH, and Peco Bill's...can go wrong with these

AK: All CS are good, I especially like Tusker House

MGM: I am not crazy about any here, but will be trying the Flatbread Grill

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons (Land) and Tangierine Cafe (Morocco)

DTD: I hear that WP Express is good, as well as Earl of Sandwich

We love Earl of Sandwhich at DTD.

What about Columbia House at MK?

We like:

Cosmic Rays (MK)
Pirate taco place across from POC (MK) but never opened yet was open from 11-3p this last trip on Thursday after I just ate at Cosmic Rays?

Sunshine Grill (EPCOT)

ABC Commissary (MGM)

I think the best and best deal is Pepper Market at Coronado Springs. We had 7 CS left on Sunday am and went over there for late breakfast (I think 4 of us got either the omelet or skillet and I think we could have only gotten 2 of them and that would have been plenty of food) and by time we were done lunch was served so we got 3 cold sandwhiches for the drive home. All of this would have cost something like $83

Just returned from WDW, and by far, hands-down, no-competition, the best CS restaurant was Wolfgang Puck's Express at Disney Marketplace (Downtown Disney). It had better food than most table-service restaurants!

I had the chickent lasagna and Creme Brulee and it was delicious. I actually left a tip for the staff, who were more! attentive, clearing plates, refills on drinks, etc, than at many table service restaurants we ate at! You have to remember that at CS tip is not included, yet the staff were hopping :Pinkbounc like they were being tipped 30%.

My picks for each park: MK: Pecos Bill, Epcot: Yorkshire Fish Shop and Cantina San Angel (UK and Mexico), MGM: ABC Commissary, and AK: Flame Tree BBQ. DTD: Earl Of Sandwich!!!!! Have a magical trip!!!!! pixiedust:

We really liked Earl of Sandwich and went multiple times on our last two trips. I can't wait to try Wolfgang's after reading some of the posts here though.
