Please keep your arms, legs and antlers in the vehicle at all times. *2 UPDATES! 1/16

I love the house it looks really nice! Makes think about staying offsite and having extra space. Michelle is used to having mousekeeping make her bed . I am too though, don't want to make beds or cook on vacation. That must be why the full kitchen scares me a bit. I agree with you girls I want to stay at YC?BC sometime. Did you notice the lobby in BC smells like the ocean? Love the antlers and matching sweatshirts :thumbsup2 . Looking forward to your MVMCP update.

Latecomer to this TR but love the idea of 3 Dis gals meeting up for a vacation and am looking forward to more. I guess you're writing as it happens which is even more fun and lets those of us who can't afford to go this year (thanks low Canadian dollor   . live vicariously through the report.
If you can could you post pics of the castle lighting and Xmas parade this year? I was there last Xmas and it was so beautiful.

Oh my! That last picture is just horrible of me! I guess that's the price I pay when I agreed to let Monica write the report! :rotfl2: Beggers can't be choosers, huh?

That is too funny about the waters and cokes!

Awww...poor Michelle - she is the only one who took a picture of her room, so that's the only one that everyone gets to see! :woohoo: (Confession: I didn't really make my bed either - just pulled the covers up a little and I was good to go!::yes:: ) With only myself in it, it hardly got messed up anyway! Gotta love no husband hogging the covers and no kids climbing in with me at night! I slept like a log (for the few hours each night that we actually slept after our late night chats!) :chat:

Hey girls!! Nice start. I'm lmao already. I just got back myself and miss the place like crazy!

Great installment!! I love the pictures, you are all so pretty. It looks like a great trip!

LOL Monica! You had me :rotfl: reading this! Yes, that gingerbread horse tasted yummo!

I admit I was a little nervous about staying off-site. But after seeing our place and how close we were to the WDW entrance, I was so happy with our decision! I would definitely do it again!

You are doing a great job Monica!

Thanks to everyone who is reading along!:goodvibes

The offsite option will be nice as the kids get bigger and we need more room. It was very nice for us each to have a bathroom and to have a living room to hang out in and talk. Wouldn't have been as nice hanging out in a hotel room. It was a perfect option for us. We didn't cook! Sara used the coffee pot, and we used the fridge. It's completely stocked w/ dishes, etc. Yes, that spoiled Michelle must have been waiting for me or Sara to make her bed!:lmao:

Welcome! We are actually home already, but please keep reading anyways!:) I also was there last December and there's nothing like Disney at Christmas!:santa:

Oh Sara, shut up! That picture is great and did you see the awful picture of me that I posted when we were at Beaches? Yuck. I think I look very tired in alot of our pictures! I can't imagine why!:rolleyes1

Welcome home. I'm sure you had a very nice time.:)

Great installment!! I love the pictures, you are all so pretty. It looks like a great trip!

Aw, thanks Tracy! You're such a sweetie. It really was a wonderful trip, and I can't wait to get to the park parts of the report! You poor people are being forced to look at pictures of our refridgerator and messy beds!LOL!

Nice updates, girls. I love the photos of the decorations inside the Yacht Club. We hung out in the lobby there before our Illuminations cruise and kept trying to pretend like we belonged there- which was not easy since we all had our cheap dollar store rain ponchos with us ;)

The condo looks really nice. Don't let them give you a hard time about the unmade bed, Michelle, I only make mine at home when I change the sheets every week or if I am expecting guests, so you know I never make one on vacation :goodvibes

Hey ladies!! I made it over to your DIS girls' trip, how fun! Great writing so far, Monica!

And I didn't realize you lived so close to WDW, Michelle! And it's nice to see another TR w/Sara- the dis-er I "almost" met!

Lisa!:lmao: You just cracked me up! I can totally picture you guys in your ponchos waiting in the lobby. How funny.

To be fair I hardly ever make our bed because Dave works 3rd shift so there is almost always someone IN our bed!:rotfl:

FYI everyone. I also met up with Lisa this summer in the middle of nowhere at an outlet mall. I sure have become brave at my old age! My family didn't worry about me then either! WTH? I did leave Dave Lisa's name and phone number in case I disappeared!:rotfl:

Hey Julia! Thanks for joining us! Stay tuned, I've got LOTS of great pictures of Sara!:rolleyes1

It had been pouring rain before we arrived at the Yacht Club. I DID make everyone remove them before we went in but I think that was even worse as we were carrying dripping cheap ponchos that looked like plastic wrap all over the lobby ;)

Monica, I must admit, I never have met up with a stranger at the mall, either. No one in my family asked for any details. I didn't even give them your full name. Maybe they were hoping I wouldn't come back................

Looking forward to more updates- you are doing great!

Hello all! I was going to post an update, but hubbie is booting me off the computer to install our new printer software. Sara is super busy so I don't have her pics on photobucket so I'm trying to cut and paste from our walgreen's account. So, here's a test..

Just got caught up! It sure sounds like you ladies had a wonderful time! I had to giggle when Michelle talked about cheating on Disney when you stayed off site. :lmao: I so would feel the same way. I can't wait to read more, however, Monica, I know it's Christmas and you must have 1000 things to do.....so I will wait and be patient:rotfl2: well, I will try really hard:rolleyes1

Have a great day!

Jeanette

Hello all! When we left off we were leaving the condo to go pick up Jen at Pop Century. Michelle is a great navigator around Disney and we were there before we knew it. We pull in and we're looking for Jen. She's supposed to be wearing red. The sign at the entrance to the drive that takes you past the main door to the lobby is for buses and taxis only so we drove past that and slowly drove past the bus stops. No Jen. Circle around through the parking lot still looking. No Jen. Michelle decides to break the rules and drive through the bus and taxi entrance. We must have been quite the sight 3 laughing women driving through the no car lane, past the lobby in antlers. We were gettin the stares thats for sure, and guess what? No Jen. So we slowly drive past the bus stop again. No Jen. But wait! Look at that girl in BROWN sitting on a bench laughing hysterically at us. IT'S JEN! That's right, we drove past her 3 times. We pulled over and Jen hopped in the car and we all said our hellos. Honestly I can't believe Jen got in the car with us after all that. Brave girl! In Jen's defense she couldn't wear her red shirt because it was short sleeved and it was chilly out. She did have her snowman headband on and she was ready to party!!

We pull into Magic Kingdom and we're all giddy. Park easily, and hop on a tram. We sure were getting the stares from little kids! 4 grownups without kids all decked out in our Christmas attire. (And we were kind of loud..)

Hop on the monorail, and soon we're entering the party! Wow, this driving to the parks thing is looking pretty easy!

The decorations were beautiful and the crowds didn't feel bad at all. And, the CMs loved us!:santa:

As we enter the park, and round the corner where the castle is in our sights, this is what we saw...
GirlsTrip020.jpg

What a warm welcome!

As we are walking down Mainstreet and taking in the sights, there is a Grandma holding a small child and the mom is trying to get a picture. The mom says, "Look at the reindeer!!!" I'm looking around, and don't see any. Then Sara, Michelle, and I look at eachother. "She's talking about us!":lmao: Yes, that's right, we look so rediculus that people think we are part of the entertainment apparantly!!

We stop for a Photopass picture with the meanest CM Disney has on staff then mosey towards Tomorrowland. We get over there and the four of us stand there looking at eachother like "Now What?" I guess when you put 4 over planners together it counteracts and we become clueless! I think we didn't want to step on eachothers toes you know? So, we decide to ride Buzz Lightyear. The posted wait was 15 minutes, but the experts that we were gauged that the time was wrong and it was much longer so we skipped it. So what do four ladies on a Girl's Trip do first? We ride Tomorrowland Transit Authority. :rotfl: Apparantly we're not so wild after all!!

Always a fun ride anyways. As we left the ride we saw that the people were lining up for the first "Twas the Night Before Christmas" show so we headed that way, waited briefly, then went into the theater and snagged some pretty good seats. Time for the show!

Next up: A night full of giggles and hot chocolate

Great update Monica! I love how we all have such huge smiles on our faces! That was certainly a fun night! I totally forgot about that lady telling her kid to "look at the reindeer"! Too funny!

Love the update! You reindeer and snowman look FABULOUS!!! My DH loves Tommorowland Transit Authority......aka "the Grandpa ride" just something we've dubbed it, but I love it too! :thumbsup2 So, staying off site isn't so bad huh?

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!

Jeanette

How did i miss this update :confused3. Great pictures! I know what you mean about all being planners and then having no clue what you want to do next . Looking forward to hearing about the rest of MVMCP.
