Please HELP..

I am trying to change a 1 nite reservation from a studio to a 1 bedroom online.If I go thru the process online will it give me a chance to cancel the existing studio reservation and use those points for my new reservation?? I am less than 30 days so I DO NOT want these points to end up in holding account. Thanks, Joan

You can cancel the studio THEN book the one bedroom, using the holding points. But if you are unsure, I'd call MS and let then make the change.

I agree with Chuck. Call MS so that you have a live person to answer all of your questions.
