Please help!

I cannot retrieve my reservation or go to my planning without getting a HTTP 500 error. I also got this message when trying to make reservations on a previous cruise. The CM got me in through another route. Anyone else having this problem. It says its an error on their server. I tried 3 computers and my phone and still get an error.

I was just able to get on, try hitting the "Planning" button, wait for page to fully load and hit Cruise line from the drop down...sometimes if I try a different route, it works....
I've had issues entering flight information and when I had to call cust. serv. they said they've been slammed with post holiday bookings...families getting together and working out details then all phoning in! Plus, I'm sure there are MANY new travelers anxious about their Dream sailing in 30 days!!

Keep trying! (Also, try turning off your computer so it's all fresh and no cached issues)

wait 30 min then try again.

There is a lock-out feature if you have been in your reservation or DCL, locks out another log in for 30 min.
