Please help!

I cannot retrieve my reservation or go to my planning without getting a HTTP 500 error. I also got this message when trying to make reservations on a previous cruise. The CM got me in through another route. Anyone else having this problem. It says its an error on their server. I tried 3 computers and my phone and still get an error.
 
I was just able to get on, try hitting the "Planning" button, wait for page to fully load and hit Cruise line from the drop down...sometimes if I try a different route, it works....
I've had issues entering flight information and when I had to call cust. serv. they said they've been slammed with post holiday bookings...families getting together and working out details then all phoning in! :) Plus, I'm sure there are MANY new travelers anxious about their Dream sailing in 30 days!! :)

Keep trying! (Also, try turning off your computer so it's all fresh and no cached issues)

wait 30 min then try again.

There is a lock-out feature if you have been in your reservation or DCL, locks out another log in for 30 min.
