Please help!

No idea what to do, hoping someone can advise me! I was wait-listed for a deluxe studio at HHI from 8/22-8/26 and thought I had removed us from the wait list. Just received a confirmation in the mail that our waitlist came thru! Problem is we booked an alternate vacation and cannot go ti HHI. What do I do????

If you know that you did cancel it call MS, they can usually track your calls and see that you canceled and let you off the hook. If you didn't cancel, you might have more problems because you are in the cancellation period that puts your points on hold.

I wonder when the Ressie came through, you usually have to request to stay on the waitlist past the 30 day mark and you are definitely within 30 days of this stay.
