Please help

My computer keeps freezing!!! The only way I can get it to start again is to unplug it. Please give me so advise.

It happens when I'm online, and when using word.

Clean out your Temp file
Clean out your Temporary Internet File
Make sure you empty your trash (from desktop)
Try running defrag on your computer, & see if that helps
