Please help with travel insurance and cancellation of trip.

I did get a package for room and insurance only no tickets, my question is does this cover you if you need to cancel within the 5 day time period. The only reason I ask is that my daughter got up in the middle of the night with an ear ache which is very not her so I took her to pedicatrician and she has a perforated ear drum. I take her back on Thursday to be sure it has closed if it has she is all set to fly on Monday if not thanwe can't fly. I asked him should I cancel the trip I would be within the 5 days tomorrow and he said no I wouldn't cancel the trip just yet.

Just to put your mind at ease....call and tell them your situation...if your daughter's physician says she can't fly...have him write this on a prescription form and fax to Disney....you should have NO problem as this is an "unplanned emergency"...
I applaud and commend you....there are parents who would risk worsening their child's condition by going ahead with the trip regardless...
