Please help with Photo Connect!

I purchased the photo connect star card under the assumption the the $60 would include the availability to download all my pictures digitally. But I am seeing on the website that each digital download costs $16.95. Can anyone walk me through how I am able to get the photos that the man at the counter said I paid for??

Thanks for any help! I've been working on this for 45 minutes...I worked on the dang new Disney photopass system for at least an hour before that, so I'm at my wit's end!

There should be a download button under the picture. I had trouble as well, the button itself should be quite obvious but it's not clear that you need to click on that rather than the picture itself.
