Due to the state of the economy, we had put our Disney trip for spring of 2009 on the back burner. Unfortunately, my husband just got home from work and said today was his last day...they are closing the company doors. So, what would any Disser do to recover from the job-loss blues but go to Disney world.
We are trying to do this as inexpensively as possible and since I am on spring break next week, we would like to drive down on Good Friday and check in on 4/11/09 and check out on 4/18/09.
Here is where I need your help...since we are doing this on such short notice, I need to find some lodging. We are trying to find something 3* or better for about $75 - $90 a night and close to Disney. We have two kids, ages 5 and 7 and since we won't be able to hit the parks each day, we would like nice pools. Bonus points will be awarded to whoever finds extra amenities such as shuttle service, complimentary breakfast, and a kitchenette.
Thanks a bunch for reading this and for any help you can throw my way. Maybe I will see you next week.
