Please help with my Fantasmic Desert Package

Hi all

So I rang today and made a booking for the above but I was phoning from Australia and the line went really bad half way through the call.

He gave me a confirmation number at the end- after I gave the payment details.

So I THINK the booking is made but have no idea what happens next!

Where do I pick the tickets up from and if I wrote the confirmation number down wrong then can I just give my surname?

It was a very stressful call- me having to repeat everything a hundred times and the poor CM must have been getting very annoyed with me!

tickets can be picked up the day of your reservation at Guest Relations just outside the main DL gates to the left...
Or they also be picked up at City Hall, just after you enter Main Street on the left.
I prefer Guest Relations just outside the main gate......less busy most of the time
Should be under your name and credit card they were purchased on.
I would call back and reconfirm your reservation so you don't worry about it.
Explain the situation to the CM, I am sure they can find your reservation and reconfirm your confirmation number.

Enjoy your trip. And really enjoy your seating and goodies for Fantasmic....we did it last October and enjoyed every minute and every morsel....The show is even better than before with the new dragon (Murphy).
