Please help with member website.

Is there anywhere on the member website that shows my room requests?

I'm looking in the Vacation Details section and I can see my reservations with confirmation numbers, dates, room type, but nowhere does it say my requests.

Also, I've read on other posts that requests can be made via the members site but for the life of me I cannot find the page to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

Requests do not show on the website, unless it is a guaranteed room type, like Value, or Boardwalk View, or Near Hospitality (at OKW).

At the top of the main members page, you can click on the contact option, then contact Member Services, and an online email contact form will appear.

I actually had the window opened to e-mail them and it looked to be more of a way to complain about something so I did not use it.

I've made my requests at time of reservation. However, of the 3 different reservations I have only 1 of them shows my requests at the bottom of the confirmation letter. I suppose I should either call or e-mail in the requests again for the other 2 reservations.
