please help with downloading pics from MDE

we had quite a few pics taken on our last trip with disneys photographers that I can see on MDE

I thought just by hitting the download button they would be on my computer but when I hit "my downloads"

it says theres nothing downloaded

so could someone (in few basic terms and easy to follow instructions since Im bad with computers)

how to get these downloaded so I dont lose them---

If you want to download all of them at once, click the 'Download Photos' button underneath where it says 'All Photos' with a count. This will display a pop-up box where you need to select either 'Download' or 'Cancel'. If you click 'Download', there will be one or more ZIP files created that you can then download to your computer.
