Please help with booking FP+

Am at Disney now and offsite. Was able to start booking this morning, but I am having trouble making it work the way I want. It seems to be "forcing" me to always book all 3 choices
1. Not all my selections are showing on app but do on computer
2. One day I only have 2 because I cancelled one, it will not Allow me to make another single, wants me to change all 3.
3. Our party has to separate because of height requirements, I s there a better order of steps to make this work, sometimes I do want all 4 on same ride

As far as the app it's pretty buggy. As long as they look on the computer I would try to take a pic of it w your phone and roll w it. My app does crazy things with my fp's at times and later that same day they will all look ok again.
For a group I made our fp's all together, then I went back and modified those who wanted to ride a different ride out from that. Ex. at DHS I changed my friends and their 2yo from TOT to Disney Jr by using the "change experience" option under modify fp+, and was able to select and change just those 3.
It does force you to pick 3 and as far as your other dilemma the only answer I'd have is to call Disney IT. Hope that helps!

Thank you. I am finally getting it to work now. I was on in middle of night and things were not going smoothly. Not sure is user error or site error. I just rebooked all three for the 1 day I could not get a 3rd and was able to still keep my tier 1 TSM I was afraid of losing. I know not everyone has had great experiences with FP+ but we are finding some good things. Like right now my family is still sleeping, gonna go change a time. Thanks again your exlaination helped was able to book all three then change 2 people. That is the part I was missing last night.
