Please Help with Arrival night? and which MVMCP

We arrive on Sat. Nov 26th and we know it will be busy that day we hope to get to a park about 3 or 4. Would you pick Epcot or Hollywood Studios? Also would you go to the Tuesday the 29th or Thursday Dec 1 party? Right now Thursday would probably be easier to do but if Tuesday are typically less crowded I didn't know if we might want to do that instead. Thanks for any help. I guess our big issue is getting to AK in a morning so we don't have to used Fast passes.
