So we get our renewal vouchers in the mail and it says on their to get the new APs we have to show our membership card, Driver's license, and the expiring APs. My wife can only find one of the four cards we had!

Is there anything we can do to save ourselves the $140.00 charge? Please help!

Call Member Services, they should be able to transfer you to ticketing. They may be able to do a search for the voucher numbers using either the credit card number that you used for the charge or the numbers from the back of the one voucher you do have, assuming you purchased them all at the same time.

We did use the same card - our Disney Visa card- but we did buy them at different times. :guilty:

If I understand correctly, it is your OLD APs that are missing. If so, you just need your name and address and WDW customer service can look them up for you and reprint them if necessary. No worries when losing an AP as you're in the system!

I hope you are right! My wife is making herself SICK over this! I will try to put a call into member services today and see what I can find. Yes, we are already AP holders.. but we misplaced them..

Oh, you're talking about the actual old AP's, not the vouchers...that isn;t a problem at all, just show your ID when you want to renew, they can pull up the record.

All that should happen is next trip down go over to guest services explain show ID's and print out new. It would probably be a good thing to cancel them out now with a call to MS. Please let us know how it goes.

Someone just reported MS computers were down, should I still try to make a call?

You actually need ticketing, not MS. You can call 407-W-DISNEY to have your AP's replaced.

Just got off the phone with two individuals - one called "Saul" from MS- he reassured me that we are fine, and that as long as we have the vouchers, with IDs we will be fine. He then connected me to "Patsy" who confirmed that although presenting the old APs speeds the process up, you do not have to have them to get the renewal rate. Patsy said they will easily find us in the system, and all is well!!!

Thanks for helping me clear this up, my marriage is saved :scared:

with AP you are definitely in they system.

don't want to say how often lost mind or even worst forgot to pack the darn thing for trips to WDW.

they just look in the system and give you a new one - no problems.

you won't have any problems.

I 'misplaced' my husband Annual Pass this last trip. No problem, just show ID and Membercard at gate and they'll reissue.
I was in charge of getting fast passes for our party of 5 and inadvertently left his. Thank goodness it wasn't one of the kids because they were'nt annual passes!

I misplaced my AP betweem our room at the GF, and MK. I went up to the ticket window, 2 minutes later, I had a new AP. Easy.

On out last trip to Disney, I got sick, and had to spend the night in the hospital. We had Candlelight processional reservations that night, so I sent my DW and DD. Unfortunately, my DD ticket was in my wallet at the hospital. I gave DW the ticket number, and Guest Relations was able to print her up a new ticket.

Disney was great.
