Here are my suggestions:
If you are going to WDW for 2 weeks you should have no problems seeing all 4 parks. We do a ton of park hopping when we are there. I'll do MK in the morning and Epcot in the evening for example. You will have the luxury of going back to your room during the middle of the day at the hottest point to cool down and refresh yourself for the evening. Some would suggest staying away from MK on Sat, but if you go early, you can go for a few hours and be out before the crowds really set in. The way you set up your schedule will depend on a couple of things that you haven't mentioned. Are you staying on-site or off? What kind of passes are you getting? As for PSs, I am in the same boat as you. We are going the end of Aug and do not know if the new EMH will be in place or not. I personally plan to make 2 sets of PSs for each schedule and then will go back and cancel when they decide what they are doing with hours. What else is there to do? As for if you are trying for CRT, take what you can get and work around that....
