please help w/ hopper passes leaving in 2 days!!!

my 3 kids & I are headed to WDW in 2 days (very last min. trip) & plan to use our 2000 passes. We are also taking a 15 yo friend who is going thru a VERY rough time w/ his family. here's my ?...we each have 1 day left & my DH will not be w/ us so I have a pass the friend could use. Will they know? All the passes have my name printed on them. I'm not trying to cheat wdw, but I am covering all his expenses & love for him to be able to go to the happiest place on earth. suggestions please.

Also, when we went in 2000 my DS's pass got messed up & the resort issued us 2 "paper" tickets. How do these work? They say "1 day resort contingency" on the back.

Do we go to customer services to use the passes or what.
Sorry for all the???s but I planned our last trip for months & now I just have 2 days. Thanks

No idea how those paper passes work

I have in my possession a 7 day park hopper. Days 1-3 were used by my mother, Day 4 by a friend, who knows who will use days 5, 6, and 7. Disney has never asked and it's not like I am selling it for a profit.

WDW will not know if someone else uses the pass. Your not suppose to do this but they can't tell. Unless your are a Flordia resident. They get finger printed for thier passes because they get them cheap. I have used passes from friends in the past. I have only been issued paper passes in the past. You just slip them through the machine at the entrance and they will display how many days you have left. Then the ticket comes out and your on your way. Unless things have changed, this is how it was when we went a few years ago.

IMHO, if you paid for the ticket, it shouldn't matter who uses it. It's not like you would be trying to sneak the kid in for free or trying to use a childs ticket for an adult. Hope you all have a great time.
