Please..Help..Valet parking??

I know that this question has been asked in the past, BUT I didn't pay attention!!!
I am leaving for Boardwalk Villas on Monday morning.

I know that they have changed the rules for valet parking.
I'm a DVC member. Can anyone explain the valet parking at Boardwalk, and the other resorts at Disney!!! The cost to park, etc.

As a DVC member you do not have to pay to valet park or pay in the parks.

As a DVC member you do not have to pay to valet park at Boardwalk and Wilderness Lodge. All other resorts you pay $6 per day to valet park. Parking is free at the parks if you are staying at a WDW resort. If you are staying off site, members have to pay for parking at the theme parks (except if you have an AP). DVC Members do not have special parking priviledges at the parks just for being members.

Parking will also be free for DVC members at the BCV after it opens.

When you want to get your car from valet at Boardwalk, call from your room, it should be waiting for you when you get to the exit or a short wait. On our December trip, I think it was waiting 2 of the 3 times I called and the third time it was just being pulled up. I thought they gave great service, I tipped $2 each way.

As a side note ... valet parking is complimentary to anyone with a handicapped parking permit. I have a state issued handicapped parking permit & do NOT pay to valet park at any WDW resort. We DO tip though! Enjoy your trip!
