I'm very sad to say that my friend has passed on. She stopped eating last week and she was in and out of consciousness until yesterday morning. Her name was Barbara and she was only in her mid fifties. Thank you so much for all of your prayers and kind words. They are greatly appreciated.

Any words I say cannot make the pain go away. I'm very very very sorry for your loss, but now you know she's looking down on you from the other side...in your prayers and heart...she will always be there.

Thanks y'all! I just got back from her visitation at the funeral home. They had a closed casket (I don't think I could have kept my composure with it open)

What was so sad was that, her husband, Mr. Sam who is just as sweet and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He has nursed her, had a job, and kept the house in order for the last year or more. Tonight at the visitation, he was very near tears, and he would look at the casket, look away and his shoulders would slump, and he'd look back, and you could see tears in his eyes. He just looked so lost and heartbroken.

Thank you all for your support! I don't know what I'd do without y'all!
