Please help settle Partial (Tent or pop-up) site debate

My son and I are having a mild disagreement about the partial site. We camped in the 2000 loop last fall. I say that there is no cable hookup in this loop (or the 1500 loop) but DS swears that when he hooked up the power and the hose that he saw a cable box to connect to. I keep telling him he got it confused with another place we camped recently, but he insists it was at the Fort. Can anyone clear this debate up for us? The winner gets a sushi dinner (and if he's the winner, this loser gets to go find a long cable cord, lol).

They upgraded all sites about 1 1/2 years ago when they were ugrading to preminum sites..

Thanks everyone. Looks like I will be getting a cable cord AND taking the boy for sushi. He is going to be so happy to know I was wrong....for once.

On that note, do I need to bring one of my cable boxes? Or does the cable work with a straight connection to a cable-ready TV? I would personally love to bring along one of my Comcast DVR boxes, but I know that it might not be compatible there.

I dont think your cable box would work, just run the coax staright to your TV, it's on the "stump" with the electrical hook ups, last year I didnt even see it until my last day un plugging everything..

Thanks so much!!! And that's why I never saw it, DS did the plugging and unplugging of things. lol That kid (heck he's almost 20!-but still a kid to me) is going to love this. I can see him chowing down on a big sushi boat right now with a grin on his face.
