Please help! Scheduling a trip for July 2011 How early do you suggest booking to get the best deal? Looks like many of you are experts on this and I want a good deal but don't want to not be able to get the dates we want. It is the only time that we will all be together and able to get off work.

You should book your trip as soon as you can. Then, when if/ when a deal come up, you can change your existing reservation to get that deal. You should really keep your eyes peeled because often these promotions are only good for a certain number of rooms at each resort, but we've always been able to change our reservation over with no problem.

Thanks, we normally are not on such a tight schedule and can be more flexible but this time we can't. Is changing reservations much of a problem when the promotions do come out.
