First of all, I am a careful driver and am extremely good at defensive driving. However I learned how to drive late in life and am partially blind in my left eye so while I love driving the interstates, getting on and off ramps can be a bit daunting. I am also terrible at directions (which why I love interstates, lots of signage LOL)

Anyway, we stay at the AS Sports often and end up driving all the way down Buena Vista to the Crossroad area to eat often. I heard, one time, that it is possible to take the exit up toward the AKL and continue on past where you reach an area with loads of restaurants and such and it is accessible via a stop light as opposed to an off ramp which is heavily populated by people , such as I, who do not have a clue as to what they are doing.

If anyone knows if this is true could they please tell me, in much detail, so that I can save some mileage on our next trip, expand our eating options, and avoid being the cause of recipient of any mishaps?

I appreciate any and all help.

Sounds like maybe Sherbeth (or Sherberth) Road.. if you are on Osceola heading towards AKL, take a left on Sherbeth. I'm pretty sure there is a light there. I think it is a mile or so down to the road with food, gas, etc. Sorry I don't remember the name. No exit ramps, but a very congested divided road.

Good luck.

Tammy C., thank you so much. I can handle congestion but being sight impaired in my left eye and lacking in neck length, getting on and off some ramps can be daunting. Not so bad most places as I tend to enter and exit less crowded ramps but in a resort area with loads of people who have no idea where they are going it is problematic. I will add your info to my data base for a try on our next trip.
