I want to look in buying a timeshare and I can't find a website for
DVC!
Here's the link. It's up now but Disney's apparently been having some computer issues today. If not tonight, try tomorrow.
http://dvc.disney.go.com/dvc/index
Another site worth a look is
http://www.mousesavers.com/dvc.html. Keep in mind that Mousesavers is a budget site, and DVC is not a budget concept, but the information is pretty good, and independent of Disney.
Do they also have areas in Anaheim you can stay?
No they do not. There ARE hotels in Southern California where you can stay on DVC points, but not DVC resorts. DVC has 5 resorts onsite at WDW in Orlando, one at Hilton Head Island, S.C., and one at Vero Beach, Florida. None in California.
Can I tour the facility when I'm down there in November?
Define "there?" If you are talking about Anaheim, no, there are no DVC resorts there. They do have sales operations there, and may have models and pictures, but no resorts.
If you are talking about WDW, yes. Their main sales venue is Saratoga Springs resort and you can tour there. You will find DVC desks in each onsite resort, as well as kiosks at each theme park, I believe.
