Looks good :D

Couple of other suggestions for you:

- Spend an evening at the Boardwalk, maybe eating at one of the restaurants there (Spoodles, Flying Fish, Big River Grille), and watch Illuminations in the distance at Epcot.

- Catch a movie at the AMC cinema at Downtown Disney. Your kids will probably love Finding Nemo and it should still be showing there then - it doesn't open in the UK until October I think.

With a 3 and 5 yr old I would definitely say Typhoon Lagoon over Wet and Wild.

What sort of tickets do you have bought/planned?

Good plan, Hudsom.

There's a good 'all you can eat' Sizzlers on I Drive beside Wet n Wild, or going ot the other extreme I hear breakfast at Bomas (Animal Kingdon Lodge) is superb and a chance to browse around for a while and see the savanah early.

How about Busch on your last Wednesday ot Thursday? There's a shuttle bus leaves from Seaworld.

Depending on the type of ticket you are getting for WDW, perhaps it would be possible for you to hop to another park after you have eaten breakfast at CRT on the first Sat. MK is extremely busy on Sat. and you may get more done at one of the quieter parks.

When we have eaten at CRT we haven't wanted to eat another full meal until later in the evening, so you may find that having a PS for Crystal Palace at 4pm a little too much after CRT.

If it was me (I know everyone is different, so this is just my opinion!!) I would cancel the PS at Crystal Palace, hop to one of the other parks after eating at CRT (if ticket allows for flexibility)and make plans to go back to MK on one of the quieter days with a PS for Crystal Palace on that day.

Good Luck with all your planning.

If it's a character breakfast you're looking at prior to MGM then the Cape MAy Cafe at Y+B club does a great one. ChipnDale and a few friends. Big plus is the food is great as well :D .

For the water park DEFINATELY TL, WetnWild does have a kiddies area, but really is much more geared up to teens and young adults. The kids will love TL, there are a load of smaller slides and play areas for them, but the main attraction is going to be the wave pool. I would suggest that you have an adult to each child though as holding on to two kiddies and you swimwear can be a struggle when the "surf's up" :D

I'd have another think about sending a 5 year old on this ride. It's a little scary, particularly when you drop 400 feet (?) from the top of the building. No way should you take a 3 year old on this ride, or anybody who suffers with motion sickness. It is an amazing ride though, and some say it's the best in Florida. Use the Universal "fastpass" as the lines get quite long.

I think that Spidey may make personal appearances around the park (you'll need to check with Universal), which may be enough for your son. In my opinion IOA is more of a teen park, so you may want to hop over to US after seeing Spiderman.

Post a message on the Universal Discussion Forums.

I'd say that with two young kids that plan is pretty ambitious! You are starting with parks for 6 consecutive days, with late nights thrown in, most of your free time is at the end of the fortnight.

I'd personally split the parks into a 2/3 days with a waterpark between them, plan for an early night too. We've done the death or glory visit on our own, granted you get the maximum from your break, but you can hardly call it a holiday! Pushchairs for both the kids is an absolute must, I'd imagine they will be both beat/asleep by early evening.

Take into account that August is going to be very hot/humid, cranky kids at the end of a hot day are a recipe for frayed tempers.

Hope you have a great time, you've certainly put a fair amount of effort into booking PS's, all look to add to a splendid time. Let us know how you get on with the Princess breakfast, we've booked it for when we go in Sept.

Are you staying on-site? Are you working in midday rests at your resort into your days? The children are very young and I'm assuming you are taking them back for a rest lunchtimes so that you can enjoy the evenings when it is cooler.

I would go along with the water park suggestion: not Wet'nWild, either BB or TL - or even just enjoying your resort pool for a day. It's amazing how younger children consider that to be one of their trip highlights :) It will give you all an opportunity for a 'down day'. At their age I would choose this over a water park since the water parks can get crowded and resorts a more laid back atmosphere.

Wow. There is noooo-waaaaaaay my 3 year old could handle your schedule!! We have just returned and my DD (3.5) who has been twice before still wasnt up to all day at the parks AND evening entertainment. It was either or! If we did an early start with a character meal, then our day ended around 4pm, when we returned for swimming. If we had an evening thing planned (like Fantasmic) then we would lay in and go out at 1 or 2pm. If you are staying off site (without a car, presumably if you are using Happy Limo) then PERSONALLY, I think you need a major rethink!!

Obviously, you know your kids, but this is a punishing itinerary and I think they will be hard pressed to keep up. You will find it hard to keep two under 5s amused at US for very long!

Good luck on what you decide...I hope you have a great trip!

Allie.

Thank you all for your advise/help.
We have the 10 day passes to disney and the Orlando 4 park flexipass.
We are staying at the Wyndham Orlando on i/drive and have upgraded to the Family King suite.
Have booked the car hire through Hertz(based at Wyndham) as was cheaper than paying for the insurance with the 'free' car from Airtours.(got a bigger car as well)
The Limo from Sanford, HAPPYLIMO, is a surprise for the family.
Anyone used HAPPYLIMO?

The Wyndham has a GREAT pool area and if you have any spare time the kids are going to have a great time there. Do make use of the breakfast buffet, IMHO it's one of the best in Orlando.

Lots of great advice already posted....however, if you find time, pay a visit to 'the town wot disney built' in 1994.. Celebration, off the 192. We stumbled into town by accident on our 3rd visit in April and went there several further times, for meals (try Antonios on the lake front, or the Market St Cafe for lunch) or just to take coffee in one of the oak rocking chairs along the front. The town is built around a scenic lake, with waymarked (& by our standards very easy) trails (bit scary reading the 'don't feed the alligator' signs!) and traditional, boarded/verandahed american houses. It has the feel of a real town, .. a nice change from the artificiality, however well done, of the parks. We found that, even at peak holiday time, we could more or less sit straight down at the various eateries with no delay and no need to book.

As you have the 10 day pass, then I would recommend that you keep your swimming gear in the boot of the car and if the parks get a bit much/hot/crowded, then duck out to BB or TL to cool down.

We went with our 3 and 5 year old DDs and we used to leave the theme park by lunchtime and head to a waterpark to cool off. Often we were revived enough to go to another theme park in the evening....we also did that for the Universal parks - using W&W, and we didn't have to pay to park there either, as we'd already paid once at US.

Another tip - get buggies (strollers) for the kids - they'll get shattered! If your 5 yr old won't get in one to start with just take one for the 3 yr old and hire one for the older child as necessary.

Have a great trip!

We were thinking of hiring the buggies at Disney. Would you recommend this as the best (not the cheapest) option??

That's what we did with our 2 girls at that age. We took one buggy for the 3 yr old and then hired another one if necessary (wasn't necessary every day, depended on tiredness levels etc).

Thanks again for the advice.
You never know our paths may cross in DW. We will be the tired Mum and Dad ,with the 2 buggies with 2 children asleep, looking at the floor trying to find our 'Walk around the world' stone laid back in '97 when we were married in Orlando.
Hope you will have as agood a trip as us.
All the best
Malc
