Hi, can anybody help asap, I am trying to check in for my flight, it is with Air France but the flight is with Flybe. When I get on the AF website it transfers me to the Flybe page but it wont accept any of my reservation numbers, I have tried my flight reservation code and my e-ticket number. It is within the 30 hours, we fly 6.25am tomorrow! I would really like to try and make sure we can sit together, TIA, Debs xxxx :confused3

How annoying!! :headache:

AirFrance and /flybe operate a code share system for the same flights. Our last trip we had a PNR/check-in ref on our documents, 1 number and 5 letters.

Have you tried going directly to the Flybe website? Don't know that it will make any difference, but worth a try? :confused3

Good luck! :goodvibes

Hi, I have managed to access Flybe online check in but they are trying to charge me to allocate our seats and also says I have no luggage allowance which is also an extra charge, I have never had this problem before and it really is giving me a headache now, this is supposed to be a nice short break for my 40th birthday, but it all seems to be a pain to sort. The whole trip was booked through DLP which we normally do.

Oh nooo I really hope you were able to get this sorted, we're on these flights too and my ta doesn't seem to know anything about it

I fly quite regularly with Flybe (but within the UK) and they charge if you want to choose your seat but not if they allocate you one. Also they do charge for luggage however if you booked through AirFrance surely you should have those conditions you booked with.
Is there no way you can do hand luggage only? We managed it several times for trips to both Paris and DLP and combined - just squash it in a small case. Its amazing how much you can fit in :rotfl:

Hi, we are flying on the 6.25 flight which is bad enough as we were on air france but now it is a flybe dehavilland dash 800 turbo prop (i am already scared of flying so this will be 10 times worse) :scared1:. our cases are not that big and with it being winter it will be bulky clothes so we really don't want to have to make do with 2, we def wont get away with hand luggage. Also the luggage weight with Air France was 23k, with this flight it is either 12 or 15k (can't remember which one it was now). Also you have to pay for your brews and snacks unless they give you a voucher at check in, I feel really cheated as I thought this was all sorted when I booked through DLP. So I dont know if to turn up at the airport with 3 or not but will not be happy if I have to pay extra. Also the VEA transer tickets did not turn up so we have had to have an email sent which I hope they will accept! I should be having a relaxing day today with family to pre celebrate my birthday and I just feel fed up and upset now! Happy days! :rolleyes1

Awwww no that's just not on  Have you called up Disney? It will work out don't let it get you down xx

:sad2: I have been hanging on to DLP on both my house phones until the battery has gone dead on both, It costs quite a lot as well, never mind hanging on and you don't even get through, I have sent an email to see if they will ring me, I haven't even started packing and sorting out yet :scared1:

Hi all, just to update, I sat down with my DH to show him what happens when I tried to check in with Flybe and it took me straight to the check in page, printed boarding passess and drinks vouchers and no mention of paying for luggage! Typical eh! Anyway at least I can relax a bit now, enjoy my pre birthday celebrations and maybe just have to have a tipple to calm my nerves for the prop plane! :rotfl:

Thank you for all you help and good luck to everyone else going tomorrow!

Just so I know for next week, did you go straight to Fly Be's website in the end or go through Air France? x

Thanks everyone, (tinkertaylor05) I went through my electronic ticket receipt email which had a link on that said (check in) which took me to the airfrance website, I entered my airline reservation code and name and it then sent me to the easyjet website, do try a few times and if you don't have much luck try later in the day and hopefully you will get sorted!

Cheers
