I thought Southwest Airlines was now a participating airline but when I received my package today they were not listed on the resort airline check in paper I received. If the answer is yes they are then does this mean that if I give the hotel my flight info 24 hours before my plane leaves they can check me in without me being there to get me the coveted "A" boarding position for Southwest?

Where are you staying? Southwest is still in 'test' mode at just the Value resorts. If you can't use RAC, you can still go to Guest Services at any park or Downtown Disney, or Lobby Concierge at any resort, and ask them to check you in and print your boarding pass. Or you could use Early Bird Check In from Southwest. For $10 per passenger per direction, they will generate your boarding number before check-in opens to the general public.

Checking in at the 24 hour mark has nothing to do with whether SW participates in RAC. You can check yourself in from any computer connection. The only thing "participating airline" means is checking in your baggage at the resort for your trip home. As PP stated, SW is still in the "testing" stages at the value resorts only.

You have two options to try to get the A pass. Pay for the Early Bird Check in and your boarding number will be assigned to you at the 36 hour mark (before the 24 hour people) OR log in at the 24 hour mark and hope you get an A.
