Please Help Me With The 3 Wolfgangs

In the DDP guidelines, they list three Wolfgang Puck places to eat. 1) Wolfgang Puck Express Marketplace, listed as CS and snack, 2) Wolfgang Puck Cafe, westside listed as TS and 3) Wolfgang Puck Cafe Express westside listed as CS and snack. I have checked the menu DIS menu and found that there are three listed. One location is an actual eat-in establishment with Express on the side. Does the WGE westside serve CS because the menu posted has appetizers as if it is a Table service. I did read one post where someone says they ordered the CS and it is the same menu as the TS only you cannot order ravioli and another item but everything else. I wanted to know how the place is set up if ordering CS from the WESTSIDE location. We have eaten at the express marketplace already and liked it. If anyone has eaten at the westside location as a CS, or knows how this works please let me know. Is the place to eat located inside or outside once you have purchased your CS meal? Thanks, it's just very confusing.
