Hi,

I am planning a 60th anniversary trip for my parents for Aug. 2014. We will be a group of 37 people.I have been trying to find out what restaurants can accommodate us. I have called Disney Dining several times. First time I was given a list of mostly Downtown Disney restaurants that we can go too and was told no other restaurants will accommodate us. 2nd time I was told that every restaurant can accommodate us we just need to call each one at 180 days out and see if they have room. I asked if I call at 180 + 10 day mark and she said she guesses. 3rd time I called, I was told I can make all ADR's online. Please help me, I have tried a number that is supposedly group dining but it was just Disney Dining. Is there a group dining department? Does anyone have a phone number or email for group dining? Any tips/advice?

Thank you so much!![SIZE]

What type of dining are you looking for?

Private dining?

3 meals a day all together?

Dinners together?

Will the group split up naturally? I would imagine if my family did this, we would kind of naturally split due to ages, interests, etc.

Maybe your parents could plan a meal with each of the families?

Where are you staying? It might be worth it to give the resort a call & see what they suggest.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

We are looking for to have dinners together. Honestly, we may be a full group for 2 meals but otherwise we will probably be about 20 to 24 people each night. It is a good idea to have my parents split dinners with families, I will def mention it to them. We are staying at Saratoga Springs. Thanks for all of the suggestions.
