Please help me with digital photo

I have a .jpg from a digital photo, and I am not being very successful at loading it in. I read the info on inserting clipart, but those instructions don't seem to work for me for this jpg. Since I am sure that this was covered at some point in time, and since search still isn't operational, could you direct me to the link that will hold my hand and walk me thru this? Ok, I will admit I am a little technologically challanged...but am very willing to learn!

You will need to have the image file located on a web site somewhere before you can insert it into a post or a signature. Try this link for instructions on getting a web site and loading images to it.
