OK - here is a summary of her points

May 2012 is in her 2012 Use Year, not the use year of the points you posted. April 2012 points can be used for that trip.

But if that is the only vacation you have planned, yes bank the 200 April 2011 points and they can be used for that 2012 trip (as well as the 200 points that are from April 2012 if they are needed).

The 19 points must have already been banked from April 2010, and as such they will expire March 31, 2012 and cannot be banked again. So if they are not used by March 2012, they will be lost.

It looks like she has 200 2011 points with 19 points banked in from 2010. Those 19 points would need to be used or rented or transfered by March 31 of 2012 to be of us. You would not be able to use them for your trip if your only planned trip is in May of 2012.

The remaining 200 points from 2011 should be banked forward into 2012 to be used for that May 2012 trip. That will give you a total of 400 points and access to 600 through borrowing from the 2013 use year.
