You know - things like

:) buy a drink, dessert, etc. around the world at EPCOT :drinking:
:) collect pressed pennies
:) take pictures posing in silly hats from the gift shops
:) take a picture by the sign for every ride/attraction
:) look for hidden mickeys
:) collect character autographs and/or photos
:) take photos of cast members costumes
:) take photos of weird footwear other guests are wearing
:) take photos of the flowers
:) collect fastpasses (you can print out the "not valid" ones for souvenirs)
:) make up a list of all the animals you could find on the Tree of Life at AK, then had a scavenger hunt in teams to find them
:) if you are going for a "celebration" like a birthday or anniversary, have CM's from other countries write it in their language
:) When we went to Epcot-world showcase we had CMs write mother and daughter in their language for us. It was inside one of those lil chunky notebooks. I wrote each country at the top of the page, then as they were writing the word I took a picture of them.
:) We also went on Hidden Mickey hunts while waiting in ride or resturant queues.
:) We listened to accents and tried to guess where people were from before looking at nametags.
:) We tried to find as many people from our state there.

etc.

I'M UPDATING THIS LIST TO ADD EVERYONE'S POSTED SUGGESTIONS. THANKS!!!

Please share any ideas you might have for that extra "twist" for people who've been to WDW several times. Particularly ideas that don't involve spending money.

Not that WDW's not fun without a "tiwst", but it's something extra to do.

Thanks.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for......

I read once that a family made up a list of all the animals you could find on the Tree of Life at AK. Then had a scavenger hunt in teams to find them.

Really like your list of ideas.
Super cool, fun, and free!! (for the most part)

Good luck, have fun!

On our first trip my DD carried around a little baby doll named John with her - so we did a "John's first visit to Disney" photo shoot. My husband would hold him up perfectly in front of a landmark and snap away with his digital camera - the pictures were fantastic. John in front of each landmark in Epcot (Eiffel Tower, etc), John at sunset with the Epcot "ball" in the background. He did such a great job zooming in you really couldn't even see his hand holding John. We started getting CMs involved and we have the CM in the American pavillion holding John and the American Flag, John at the Rose and Crown with a fresh pint of Guiness...you get the picture. We had so much fun running those photos through the big screen TV when we got home watching where John had been. (He's also a point of interest in the Test Track family photo we purchased!) Have fun!

Take pictures of all the bushes/trees/plants shaped like Disney characters or animals at the different resorts or parks.
