We (dh, dd6, dd4, ds2, ds2, my mother, and me) are going to WDW Sat, Dec.4 - Wed., Dec.8. My dilema is what to do on Sat and Sun. I can't imagine not going to MK on the first day, but I have read about how crowded the park is on Sat. Also, does anyone know when they are taping for the Christmas Parade?

The alternate plan: on Sat. we could do 1/2 day at MGM and 1/2 day at Epcot, then have dinner at Le Cellier and see Illuminations. I have a PS for CRT on Sun. at 8:50 a.m. so I thought we could spend all of Sun. at MK. How crowded are Sundays at MK? And again, is the taping of the Christmas Parade and issue on Sundays? Or, should I just keep my original plan: go to MK on Sat. and 1/2 day MGM and 1/2 Epcot on Sun.?

On Mon. we are going to AK. I can't change these plans b/c the other 8 people in our party will be arriving then and are meeting us there. We are going to MVMCP on Tues. and will be at MK the first 1/2 of that day with the entire 15 people in our party. I really want to be able to do MK before the rest of the party arrives. Which day would you suggest? Any other suggestions would be great too? Thanks a bunch.

If it were me, I would do Epcot all day on Saturday...it's a large park that handles crowds well. I would get to MK for 8am early entry, ride a couple of things, go to breakfast, do a couple of more things and then do MGM in the afternoon...maybe see Fantasmic and Osborne Lights in the evening.

Good luck. It sounds like you are planning a fun trip!

Sunday is the MK early entry day ... if you're staying off-site, or not going to go the hour earlier, I'd recommend not going to MK on sunday.
