This is my first trip to Disney staying more than one day and on property and with FREE dining. I have to call Saturday to make my ADR's and I'm feeling VERY overwhelmed at the moment. I think I have these sort of planned. Can you take a look at my tentative plan and share any feedback. It will be me, dh, dd(6) and other dd (4). We're staying at the Wilderness Lodge.

9/25 arrive 4:45 in orlando (CS at resort)

9/26 Akershus breakfast, CS lunch at Epcot, Dinner at W/C/C. We're spending the day at Epcot and then hoping to catch Spectromagic at MK @ *pm

9/27 Crystal Palace breakfast,CS lunch, Pizza in room for dinner and back to Magic Kingdom for wishes. We'll spend most of the day at the MK, with a break for naps, swimming and dinner!

9/28 Breakfast in hotel room (cereal etc), off to Hollywood Studios, Lunch at 50's Prime Time Cafe, Dinner at

9/29 breakfast at Boma, Lunch at Rainforest Cafe, Hopefully Fantasmic Dinner package. I still need an alternate dinner plan in case I can't get a Fantasmic Package. Most of the day will be spent at Animal Kingdom

9/30 Kona cafe for breakfast, COunter Service for lunch at whatever park we go back to this day, Dinner is still undecided.

10/1 breakfast in hotel room or main street bakery goodies, CS at Magic Kingdom (probably Cosmic Rays), Dinner at Ohana

10/2 CS breakfast at hotel, CS lunch at whatever park we visit, Hopefully dinner at Lecellier

10/3 breakfast at hotel & leave for airport

I have a few backup plans and a couple meals of complete undecideds. I still have not made up my mind about a dinner show, but with my youngest going to be just turned 4, I don't think she'll sit for 2 hours.

Thoughts or Suggestions?

Ooh, the Wilderness Lodge. That is a great resort, our family stayed there the last two times we went and loved it.

For the 29th, I would try to get Mama Melroses's Fantamic Dinner Package, but really in September you don't have much trouble getting into the show, it's not the greatest seating anyway (it's off to the side). If you can get the package great but don't be too dissappointed if you don't (we didn't get it this time)

A good backup restaraunt would be 1900 park fare (it's a buffet with cinderella)

And I don't know if you were planning on the Rainforest Cafe with the dining plan, to my knowledge it's not included on the plan. Things may have changed, but when we tried in 2006 it wasn't included.

Hope this helps and I hope you have a wonderful trip

We were planning on paying OOP for rainforest cafe. I thought my kids would enjoy the atmosphere of it :-)

we plan on doing 1900 park fare for dinner one night all depending on our breakfast ressies. On the 26th, If I can get the Akershus breakfast then we'll do WCC for dinner, but if we cna't get the princess breakfast, then hopefully we'll do WCC breakfast at 1900 park fare for dinner. Gotta fit in those princesses! LOL

9/25 arrive 4:45 in orlando (CS at resort) - This is fine.

9/26 Akershus breakfast, CS lunch at Epcot, Dinner at W/C/C. We're spending the day at Epcot and then hoping to catch Spectromagic at MK @ *pm - Personally I think this is too much in one day. If you must do 2 parks, how about Akerhaus breakfast, C/S at Epcot, then another shared C/S at MK

9/27 Crystal Palace breakfast, CS lunch, Pizza in room for dinner and back to Magic Kingdom for wishes. We'll spend most of the day at the MK, with a break for naps, swimming and dinner! - Great day

- for these two days, I would do AK one day and MGM one day - too much back and forth I will put a suggestion underneath this response....
9/30 Kona cafe for breakfast, Counter Service for lunch at whatever park we go back to this day, Dinner is still undecided. - eat TS at the park to take the pressure off this day.

10/1 breakfast in hotel room or main street bakery goodies, CS at Magic Kingdom (probably Cosmic Rays), Dinner at Ohana - good day1

10/2 CS breakfast at hotel, CS lunch at whatever park we visit, Hopefully dinner at Lecellier - also fine

10/3 breakfast at hotel & leave for airport

9/28 Breakfast at Boma, AK day - lunch/dinner at Rainforest if you are going for experience (not on DDP), C/S at the resort.

9/29 - MGM day - breakfast at the character meal (not sure which restaurant), then Fantasmic Package at Mama Melrose - you can fill in with a C/S if needed.

Whatever you decide, just relax and have a great time!
