Ok a little dramatic - maybe :rotfl2:
But, since I've never been to WDW and I have no idea what ressies to book first, I need some help. I am so scared that I'm not going to eat at any of the restaurants that my kids want to eat at, so hoping you can help me out.
Going in Sept for free dining and I want

Chef Mickey breakfast (anytime between 7am - 7:30am)
1900 Park Fare dinner (anytime between 4pm - 7pm would be great)
50's Prime Time lunch or dinner - I don't care, I'm pretty flexable
Crystal Palace breakfast (BRIGHT AND EARLY 8am)
Ohana dinner - I don't care when
Coral Reef dinner (anytime between 4pm -7pm)
Tucker House breakfast (either 8am first thing, or 10-10:30am)

I'm going to be honest, I want to go to all of them (could really care less about 50's PT, I think that is my least favorite at this point). Which ones would you suggest that I try to get right away??

Actually, you may not get them for the times you want. I would suggest you really be flexible on your times and that way, you MAY get all of them or may have to switch from breakfast/lunch/dinner. Good Luck:)

Oh, I'm being realistic and realize that I may not get everyone that I want for the times I want. I posted the times that I would want to try for.....I have back up times and plans for all of them (and they keep changing daily..lol)

Just wondering which one of those are people finding the hardest to get? Don't know which ones are the most popular (but I'm thinking that all of them are pretty popular).

If you are booking at the 90 day mark I would start with Ohana, Chef Mickey and Coral Reef. I'm going in August and won't be doing 50's PT because I want to try some new places but it is one of my favorite restaurants. Food is great and it's a lot of fun. I would try it.

My 90 day mark was on Sunday. I had a hard time getting Donald's Safari Breakfast, couldn't get the date I wanted nor an early 8am ressie for another date. I easily got Chef Mickeys at 8:15 (had my choice of 2 dates at that time. 1900 was booked the date I wanted as was Crystal Palace for dinner. Ohana's I got on the first try for a 7:10pm.

I would recommend Donald's Breakfast first as it seemed this was a hard breakfast to book, at least at the early pre park open times. IMO I would then go for Crystal Palace and then 1900 Park Fare next. Chef Mickey's is very popular but since you are looking for a very early time it might be easier.

My advice would be to prioritize which ones are most important to you and go for those first. If you are planning restaurants to correspond which park you'll be visiting you may need to decide whether or not to re arrange your itinerary in order to get in the restaurants you want. Have back up plans because you don't want to be on hold 30-40 minutes to call back again later!

Hope this helps
:goodvibes
