Please help me pick a week in April!!

The parks weren't bad when I was there for the 2017 race. Not dead quiet, but nowhere near what it'll be over spring break week.

I was able to update my DVC stay this morning to a 2 bedroom for my whole length of stay in April at BW, so hopefully that's a good sign for crowds!

All PPers are correct - April is going to be BUSY no matter when you go.... late March - mid April will be an assortment of spring breaks (that don't happen in conjunction with Easter) then you'll get into the breaks that DO happen with Easter... The very end of April is also Cheer Summit <shudder>. The Run will attract over 15K runners and some will bring their families but it still won't seem a HUGE impact compared to everything else going on.

As soon as you have an idea as to when you are going BOOK YOUR ROOM!

Rope Drop will be your new best friend.

Midday breaks will be a close second.

Weather is usually lovely!

So as of now it looks like I’ll be doing the 2nd week of April or the last week, I guess.

Ugh I forgot about the cheerleaders! They’re always there the first week of May when we go. They don’t really bother me that much, other than being slightly annoying sometimes haha! (I’m kidding they’re ok, it could actually be a lot worse!)

April school vacations in the Northeast are always the 3rd or 4th weeks of April (different districts have different weeks). We've gone the last week and it hasn't been bad, but it also was never around Easter either.
