Please help me find these older disigns (update on post 5)

Hi Beth

Ive just seen your amazing design. I can see you have a queue of people but if you do get the time I would like one for my daughter Bella as its her 1st trip to Disneyland Paris. I would need it by September.

She loves the Fairies & Tinkerbell & of course all the Princesses & Mickey Mouse & friends but not so keen on Winnie Pooh & friends so if you were able to change some of the characters, it would be great. I totally understand if that is not possible & would still like one with Bella. Would it also be possible to put Disneyland Paris or leave blank?

Hello again, Sorry I haven't gotten back to you yet on these. Yes I right clicked and then zoomed in on the picture and it still comes out like a stretched out picture. I printed on grayscale to see if the picture would print out different and it is very stretched out. I love this design and would love to see if you can fix it but I am in no hurry as our trip isn't until Sept. We will leave on the 15 so as long as I have it by the beginning of Sept will be fine. Thanks

Are you opening them in Word?

This has been driving me nuts, because I kept downloading them (even on other computers in the house), and they would be ok. I used several other programs to check them after I had downloaded them, and they all were fine. Today, I tried putting them into Word. For some reason, they are stretched out in Word even though the originals aren't stretched when I insert them.

If you are using Word, here is what I found worked for me. Open the Word document in landscape mode and set the margins as small as it will let you. Insert the image (it will still be stretched at this point). Grab the center bottom square on the image box, and stretch the image down until the proportions are correct. I did this and then printed to be sure that it doesn't make the image blurry.

Alternately, do you have anything other programs that you can try to open/print the images. I tried several and only had the stretching problem in Word.

If all else fails, PM me your e-mail address, and I will e-mail the originals.
