Ugh, every morning I wake up with a headache. I even bought the pillows that supposedly you can find at the Disney resorts, and nope - not comfortable. I always feel like my neck is in a funny position and it is like I need to sleep on a neck roll to keep my neck in a good position.

So, anyway, any recommendations? I am sleepless in Pennsylvania!

Have you seen or tried a water based (chiroflow/mediflow) pillow? I love mine and now my whole family owns one. I like the fact you can adjust the amount of water that is right for you. The only negative thing I would have to say is the pillow weighs heavier than your average regular pillow but that is not an issue for us.

I prefer latex pillows which are a rubber foam that don't loose their shape and adjust easily to your head and neck. They are a bit expensive but they last forever too. Sometimes you can find them on bens outlet but right now they don't have them. I have gotten them in a set of 2 for $20 from them which is super cheap. HTH

I use a latex foam pillow too and LOVE it. I take it with me when I travel as it squishes down flat for the suitcase and then pops right back up when I take it out. I hate for my heat to be up at an angle and the latex pillow allows my neck to stay straight (I am a side sleeper) while supporting my head.

I bought mine several years ago and it is still as good as the day I bought it.

About a year ago, I had a really bad case of the flu and other than getting up to go to the bathroom, didn't get out of bed for a solid week. By the end of the week, I was so sore from the bed and pillows, I ached all over, especially my lower back, neck, and shoulders. I said I didn't care what it cost, I was getting me something to make my bed more comfortable and a really comfortable pillow. I went online at Overstock and ordered a the thickest memory foam mattress I could find, with a gel pad overlay, a memory foam pillow, and a three piece set that lets me sit up comfortably in bed and also raises my knees. Since then, I was in a chiropractor's office with a friend and bought a water filled pillow that she recommends for her patients. I love, love, love both my water pillow and my memory foam pillows. If I'm ever stuck in bed for an extended period again, I'll be comfortable.::yes:::rotfl:
