If you are looking for more budget-based options on the arrival day because of Sister & family, how about Contempo Cafe (more 'adult' choices than park CS options) or Captain Cooks (start your Disney trip with a Dole Whip)!

I'm a little allergic to making TS ADRs on my arrival day because it's just tempting fate for a flight delay. I do hope your group can make dinner at Ohana one night, though; it's one of my favorites.

If you and Sister are not eating together the first night, you could go to the other extreme: just grab a snack when you arrive or in the park for a short afternoon, then make TS reservations for dinner at a signature. How about Artist Point, since you'll be at WL anyhow?

Funny how people's tastes can be so different! To my kids, "real" pizza is Italian pizza, because that's their first memory of pizza in their childhood. You can't find it anywhere around here (certainly not in Indiana!). Personally I don't like much sauce on my pizza and I'd take less cheese of good quality and real fresh toppings over what we get around here any day. We had pizza with prosciutto and mushrooms at VN- yum! So much better than typical pizza with cheap ham and canned mushrooms. I will say that the pizza at VN is not quite as good as the pizza we ate regularly in Italy, but we were in Florence not southern Italy and there is a difference, I'm sure.

We had the calamari also and it was great!

and pizza sems to be one of those foods that people have very specific tastes about! Do you have the Bertucci's restaurant chain anywhere near you? They make close to the kind of pizza your kids like. I'm lucky, living in Connecticut. We have just about any kind of pizza you might prefer!!
