I feel so stupid, but I am not sure when I should fax my request. If we are checking in on a Monday, should I fax on Thursday (as in Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon) or on Wednesday (as in Wed to Thurs, Thurs to Fri, Fri to Sat, Sat to Sun, Sun to Mon) I am so sorry I can't figure this out, but I sure don't want to make a mistake. Thanks

I don't know if you saw the post about faxing but most people aren't faxing in room requests anymore. (see post above) Personally, I have never faxed in a request and I haven't had any problems getting the room I want.

Have a great trip!

"No requests should be sent until 4 days prior to actual check-in. The resorts do not get to download the reservations from the CRO/WDTC computers until this time. If you fax a request to a resort before they have the reservation in their computers they will forward it to CRO/WDTC for processing. That could cause lots of confusion about your reservation."

I still fax in my requests and haven't had a problem. I think it depends on the time of year you are going and how crowded it will be. A co-worker of mine just return from the President's Day week. She faxed her requests 4 days prior and got all her requests. I am not sure if you need to or not but it can't hurt.

I always fax my requests 2 or 3 days ahead. I've been very fortunate in usually getting what I ask for.
