Please help! Here's all the restaurants I have ADR's for, but I need to pare down my list to 10 TS credits. The ones I marked with an asterisk are ones we won't budge on, we really want to do.

Who's going on this trip? Where are you staying? That would make a difference to me in ditching restaurants.

How many Epcot days do you have? You have many Epcot restaurants.

I would plan around my park days. That 's how I plan. Pick the "GREEN" parks, then pick the meals based on location.

CRT dinner (even though you said you won't budge), not worth 2 table credits IMO. H&V dinner for sure. As far as getting the most bang for your buck I'd cut one of the character meals.

I'd ditch Hollywood & Vine, Yak and Yeti, and the Coral Reef. Hollywood & Vine sucks, and the Coral Reef is ridiculously overpriced. If you are already eating at Tusker House, if you Yak and Yeti is on the same day there is no reason to do 2 TS in the Animal Kingdom. Tusker House breakfast is my favorite meal in all of Disney.

Yak and Yeti. It was the worse meal we had last trip and the restaurant is dirty, the plates were disgusting and the tables were sticky. We actually had to wipe down the plate with our napkins and you can clearly see residue left on the plate transfer on to the napkin. Service was really good though. We ate at Yak and Yeti based on the good reviews here, but it just wasn't good. Maybe they were having a bad day, but really didn't excuse the dirtiness of the place.

Info on us:
Me & DH, mid 30's
DD, will be 5

We will be going for 10 days total with AP's so we can hop all we want.

I said that CRT was non-negotiable because DH & DD have outvoted me. I was happy with Akershus.

I would get rid of H&V, and Coral reef. H&V for breakfast was o.k. but dinner no way. There are too many good places to eat other than there. Coral Reef I didn't like at all and it was over priced.

Based on your list, I would cut:

H&V
Yak & Yeti
Coral Reef
Akershus (mainly because you're already doing CRT)

My next choice would be Ohana, but that's because I haven't heard great things about the food (for breakfast) and the characters don't appeal to me at all.

I know that you said you won't budge on Teppan Edo, but honestly it is not that good, and the portions were small the last 2 times we have been there. We found the chefs to be less than entertaining and felt as if they were trying to shuffle people in and out quickly. It wasn't a good experience.

Definately ditch Hollywood and Vine! Also would ditch Yak and Yeti. I would also think of ditching Via Napoli.

KEEP Tusker House Breakfast! Best in all the parks! I would also keep the princess breakfast at Akershus since you have a little girl! I disagree about the Coral Reef. We really enjoy that place, and if you are on the dining plan then being overpriced doesn't come into play, except for tipping purposes. The atmosphere is great there.

Sorry but I have to agree with your DD and DH - you can't miss eating in Cinderella's castle. There is nothing quite like it...we thought the food was fantastic - probably the best meal we had at Disney - but we went for lunch (so I can't comment on the dinner).

Akerhaus is also a princess character meal (unlike the CRT it is a buffet) but if your DD is anything like mine, you can never have too many princesses! Also, it was the best Belle photo-op anywhere at Disney.

Tusker House is fantastic - the breakfast buffet is out of this world and if you book it early enough, when you finish eating you can be one of the first people to get on the Safari! And if you are a coffee lover - they have the best coffee in Disney World!

O'Hana's was ok, but unless you are really set on meeting Lilo and Stitch (without the line-ups in the parks) then it's nothing to write home about. The meal is served on a three-tiered skillet type tray which is replenished as you need. So it is all-you-can-eat but you don't have to get up to serve yourself like a buffet.

Hollywood and Vine was a waste of time - the food is no better or worse than anywhere else and the ambiance is seriously lacking (especially when you compare it to all the other restaurants you could be eating at). We went there last year because of the Fantasmic package and only because the other two restaurants didn't suit us or our kids. Never again!

Le Cellier - I haven't been before, but we are definitely going next time - it is modelled on The Keg restaurant we have here in Canada (which is phenomenal!!!). Le Cellier books faster than any other restaurant in Disney World and that is saying something!

I haven't been to the other restaurants on your list so I can't comment on them. Hope this helps a little

Well it's been a LONNNGGG time since my DDs were young enough to want charactr meals, but I can still dimly recall it

She's the perfect age for this so absolutely keep CRTand Akershus. I also vote to keep the Tusker House breakfast. Ditch the O'Hana one. To me a TS breakfast outside the parks costs way too much in lost time. I'd also ditch Yak n Yeti as a TS (for me 2 TS meals at AK is too much, especially considering how early they close.)

Keep your Mama Melrose lunch and ditch H&V. The PPs weren't kidding about how bad the food is.

Your Epcot ADRs are a toss up for me. If Teppan Edo is non-negotiable (I really preferred Tokyo Dining), then go with Via Napoli. Coral
Reef looks pretty hit or miss on the reviews. But check their menus and see which looks better for your family.

Wherever you go: ENJOY!!. I'm so jealous that I still have to wait 6 months!

I would get rid of Akershus, Coral Reef, H&V, and Mama Melrose.

- Akershus (I LOVE it there, but you're already doing CRT)
- H&V (blech )
- Mama Melrose (you've already got Via Napoli on the list, plus it's not a "wow" kind of place...just ok.)
- Coral Reef (WAY overpriced.)

A couple times you have booked a big breakfast followed by a big lunch. I would make a choice on those occasions and either do the breakfast or lunch counter service.

Personally speaking, I'd drop H&V and either 'Ohana or Via Napoli.

H&V gets pretty bad reviews across the board, with the possible exception of breakfast.

'Ohana with Lilo and Stitch just doesn't appeal to me at all.

Via Napoli also doesn't appeal to me, personally.

We've been to Yak & Yeti twice & it was terrible both times! ( I wish we hadn't returned for that second visit because that particular time was DISGUSTING!) I also suggest that you drop Coral Reef. We ate there last May & it was disappointing. Eating by the aquarium was a novel experience, but the food wasn't good & the service was awful. As for breakfast, 'Ohana & Akershus have very similar offerings (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage/bacon, fruit, & a bread item). We like variety during out trips, so I'd drop one of those too.

I have a DD(5) too- Ohana breakfast is her favorite (she LOVES Lilo and Stitch).

I would cancel: Hollywood and Vine (for sure), Yak & Yeti, Via Napoli, and Mama Melrose.

If you can sit by the tank at Coral Reef, your DD would probably love it. The food is just okay, but we enjoyed the experience. We were right next to the tank and my DDs had a great time!

Love LeCellier for lunch, must do Akershus breakfast, and I heard great things about Tusker House breakfast (we're trying it for the 1st time in June).

Oh yeah, you HAVE to eat in THE castle atleast once... just because!
