I have hit a writer's block!
I'm supposed to write a creative story in Spanish, but I don't really have anything good to write about.
It's right after Halloween, so I thought I'd write a scary story and then give it a funny ending.
Here's what I have so far (in English):
As a child, Lola wasn't scared of zombies or ghosts. When the other kids told ghost stories, Lola would laugh. Lola was fearless.
It was a cold night in October. Lola was eight years old. She was walking home when it started to rain. She could not see anything. Someone grabbed Lola and drug her. Lola did not know where she was going. She started to scream when she hit her head.
Lola woke up in a graveyard. She was cold and scared. Lola heard a noise. She looked up and saw five zombies. The zombies were scary. Their eyes were falling out. Bats flew around. She got up. She tried to run, but the zombies stopped her. Lola was trapped. The ground below her started to shake.
Can anyone add to this? Give me ideas? Inspiration?
**Please note, I am not that bad of a writer. Since it is actually written in Spanish, the writing is very basic because it can only be written in tenses that we've learned. So it's very dumbed down. But, your ideas don't have to be dumbed down. I can dumb them down and write them in Spanish. I just need inspiration.
I was kind of thinking of turning it into a graveyard dance party. I just have to make it scarier and add more details before I can do that because my climax needs to be better.
