I have been looking through posts the past few days trying to figure all of this new stuff out and honestly my head is spinning and I am so confused. We have been to WDW many times but with 6 months of bed rest and a preemie baby during the year of 2013 we had to cancel our trip last year and we have not been since fall of 2012. Things have changed it seems!!! This upcoming trip is also much different than our usual trip. My husband has a conference there at the Swan and Dolphin so we are tagging along and will go to the parks while he is at the conference. A blessing that we don't have to pay for the room but we usually do the whole package with the Dining Plan so this is a new experience for us.
So a few questions....can someone update me on what all of this fast pass stuff is? I see things about bands, FP+ and my head is spinning! We have not even bought tickets yet bc this has come up so quickly and like I said usually we buy the package so never have had this issue before. I also saw something about linking tickets...what is that?
So that leads to another questions...where should I buy tickets only? Through WDW? now with the fast pass stuff is that the best way to go or would you recommend another place?
Also we have an 8 year old and have been atleast once and some years twice a year since 2008 with her but never took her as an infant...this time we will have a 7 month old with us....any tips or advice for that? Can he go on most of the rides like at fantasyland?
Also any tips for the Swan hotel? This will also be a first staying here.
Also first week of April.....pretty bad crowd wise I am guessing????
I am usually so excited about our Disney trips and don't get me wrong I am still excited and love Disney but so stressed and confused right now about this trip and would love to be somewhat prepared before we show up! Guess I don't do change too well and all of this change has me a little nervous!!!
