Please help identify this pin

[Simba's Mom]

It's rectangular, about 1"X2", and it's whitish (ivory)-colored with a picture of the castle in the center, under which it says "What will you celebrate?" in gold, and under that "Disney Parks"/"Where dreams come true" in blue. The biggest identifier is that it's got a battery and when you screw in the battery all the way, the gold dots around the edge of the pin blink red. To hold the pin on a lanyard or shirt, it has a small safety pin. The original recipient works for the United Way and I'm the only Disney fanatic she knew, so it got passed on to me. I'm thinking that maybe it was given out at a UW conference at WDW. I tried Pinpics, but didn't see it there (not saying it isn't there-maybe I didn't try the right words). Can anyone help?

Don't recall ever seeing this. And looked in Pinpics under button also, with no results.
Could have been a promo for a special team or group. Although what ones I have seen, have been a pin or lanyard. Not a metal badge with a safety pin back.
I would add it to Pinpics, and maybe someone will at least comment on it so you can possibly get history or feedback.
