Does anyone know where I can buy Pal Mickey other than the Parks? I would like to buy it on line for DD B Day , so she can take on our next trip in April..

There are tons of them on eBay.

There are "old" versions and "new" versions. If you see very low prices on Ebay, they most likely are the old ones. If it's important for you to have a new one, I would wait and buy one at an onsite resort, (if you are staying in one,) or in the parks.
